I don't know whether or not the West Memphis Three committed the horrible acts that ended the lives of those three little boys. I do have my opinion after watching Paradise Lost, but you have to go by the evidence and the truth of the matter is that the Damien, Jason, and Jesse should have been cleared as suspects before they were even suspects. Someone's beliefs don't make them a murderer. I am glad the West Memphis Three are free.

Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley, Jr. have been taken from their cells in the Arkansas Department of Correction and are being transported to Jonesboro, for tomorrow’s hearing. An official of the ADC reported that they left with all their belongings, which is unusual and suggests that they are not expected back. This is the first time all three have left prison together.

Misskelley confessed that Echols had pictures of the 3 boys in a briefcase. Echols was overheard confessing to the murders & stated "I'm going to kill 2 more and I already have one of them picked out." Whose modus operandi is this? WM3 R GUILTY!
I personally want to say a big THANK YOU to Mr. Miskelley for confessing to his involvement and the involvement of Echols & Baldwin in these horrendous crimes. It gives me great pleasure knowing that over the years Mr. Misskelley has continued to confess to his counselors in prison about this case and has supplied numerous new incriminating details which will be used in all upcoming legal proceedings to keep these killers where they belong. We learned about these guys in school, and due to all the facts and confessions from the father who actually killed them. West Memphis Three are innocent. So for everyone who is saying they are guilty. just think if one day you were sitting in school and the cops came and pulled you out of school and to an interrogation room in the station. then you go to trial and everyone you know is saying lies about you, finally you are sentanced in life on death row. No parol no way out. how would you feel?

Most WM3 supporters do not realize that Misskelley confessed to the crimes before his so called "coerced" confession. A 15 year old girl told The Commercial Appeal newspaper two days before Misskelley's confession was made public that she overheard Misskelley describing his participation in the murders a day or two before he was arrested. She stated that Misskelley said "he hit the little boy and the little boy ran off and he was taking him back to where Damien and the other boy were." GUILTY!

A few weeks before the murders one of the 8 year old victims, Chris Byers, ran to his mother & told her that a "strange man dressed in black" had pulled into their driveway in a green car, got out with a camera & took his picture, then drove off quickly. Misskelley confessed that Echols had pictures of the 3 boys in a briefcase. Echols was overheard confessing to the murders & stated "I'm going to kill 2 more and I already have one of them picked out." Whose modus operandi is this? WM3 R GUILTY!

I personally want to say a big THANK YOU to Mr. Miskelley for confessing to his involvement and the involvement of Echols & Baldwin in these horrendous crimes. It gives me great pleasure knowing that over the years Mr. Misskelley has continued to confess to his counselors in prison about this case and has supplied numerous new incriminating details which will be used in all upcoming legal proceedings to keep these killers where they belong. Mr. Misskelley is smarter than a WM3 supporter!

The West Memphis 3 were convicted because, in one form or another, all 3 had confessed to the crimes. Also, there was significant evidence that similar type crimes were talked about & planned beforehand. Add to that, several witnesses placing them in the area, multiple witnesses hearing their admissions, the fiber evidence linking 2 of the suspects, Echols mental history, the lake knife, flimsy alibis & behavior during the trial. Many things convicted these 3. Some may be discounted. Not all.

As they idiotically discount Jessie's numerous confessions they are also unaware that he has CONTINUED CONFESSING to his prison counselors adding NUMEROUS NEW details about the crime that only a witness/perp could have known. Finally, the alleged "bite mark" on Steve Branch's face isn't from a bite: State experts will testify that it matches PERFECTLY to the hole on the butt of the LAKE KNIFE.

I'm not saying they did or didn't but what I am saying is they were a bunch of high school kids that knew nothing about how to get themselves free.....evidence, witnesses, motive all these things are more valid then a 16 year olds confession. For example if a 16 year old were to have killed don't you think the dumbass would leave evidence...so the kids were raped WELL EVIDENCE there right? It's sad that we turn our hearts (and heads) completely away from anyone who has been convicted of a crime. Society needs to take a step back and understand that mistakes ARE made in our criminal justice system... and we've seen it happen over and over again. So why the notion is still impossible to people is beyond me.

@rmed30 Your opinion Vs. the opinions of the 24 people who sat on two separate juries & unanimously believed the evidence proved the WM3 guilty, & those were the verdicts they handed down. Also the opinion of the trial judge who reviewed the evidence & found that it was sufficient to sustain the juries verdicts of guilt, & the 9 justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court who reviewed the case & unanimously stated that there was "SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE OF GUILT".
