Multiple people did them, and all those were by the same guy. The annotations are now easier to turn off than ever before, so do that. I don't know if you noticed, but very few of the annotations were actually put up by me. I really don't care whether people read them or not. If people don't want to read them, they don't have to, so there's no reason to complain to me about it. It's like if you bought a DVD that has audio commentary over the whole movie, and you don't want to sit through it, then you wouldn't complain to the store where you bought the DVD, you'd just turn it off.
