Does GT5 still work with a USB keyboard? I tried to connect my USB keyboard to the PS3. I'm able to navigate and chat within the Playstation Software, but as soon as i go into GT5 my keyboard seems disabled and if i hit any key nothing happens.

dudes there's a faster way. Just get a Ferrari Enzo and tune him to the maximum. Then go to seazonal events and play in La Sarthe in the Ferrari Challange

Ive found just remote racing my main account drivers from another account its easier and you also level your bspec, Just use a macro to do it all for you and it can run 24/7. If you have 2 PS3s, well, its better. You can leave one bspec out and let him race a 9 hour for 1 million exp. For level, if you want money, just let him remote race too. Of course you could just use the seasonal events now, like Sarthe 1 lapper for 500k per 3 minutes for money. But you have to drive.

I levelled with dreamcar and get money with like the wind. Its better to use sticky tape for the left stick this way you can adjust it way easier. Also to hold down the enter key, use the main enter key and use an object like a piece of small plastic that sticks in the air, so you can tape all over your keyboard to make sure the tape doesn't come off.

@MrFarfooshy LTW cars are faster than Dreamcar championship cars. You have to be going at least 160 at the end of each straight. But, the AI has been updated, its now almost impossible to constantly win since the cars now move out to the far right more often and also if you hit them in the back, you get stuck and they take you with them..the only counter to this is to move more right, but if you do that you lose the race anyway because too far right means slower pace. LTW has become useless.

You can also buy a Ferrari Enzo and do the Ferrari Seasonal Events on the track: delasarthe and it just takes 3 minutes to finish and you'll get 504.000 Cr. when you finish first. You can do this many times you want!

guys best way to gain money u need a ferrari go to seasonal event then la festa cavallino and play the second race (1lap) it's a ferrari race u need a ferrari to play it :if u get the first u get 504K and 42K XP it takes only 4 minutes and if u get the last u get 150K what do u need more than that i' got more than 15 millions everyday and BTW i don't play alot :)

ya everything works but the keyboard. mine taped down wouldnt keep repeating. too bad..... but its not fake you need a really old keyboard that dosent sense the "sticky keys" so its like being constantly pressed. with newer keyboards, it automatically stops it, so you have to press it or tap it.

Why dont people just do the ferrari race in seasonal?? Its a 1 lap race that takes roughly 3 and a half minutes and you get 504,000 every time you win

P.S. You can just drive straight through the sand pits and the last "s" turn :)

You have to take all the downforce off it, but for some reason it dies not go as fast in the like the wind and the dreamcar, 3 seconds a lap off the pace

Sadly because of the patch this does not work with the like the wind race. Only the dreamcar race because of longer distance and slower opposition. Also, seasonal events are not always there so not always an option. Btw a USB keyboard costs around £/$/€ 8 max and does not have to be wireless. I got mine from asda (walmart) and it was the second cheapest available. Thanks for vid. Easy money!

I assume this is long patched now? I can't get this to work for crap. No matter how I turn the analog stick right, left, or straight up the x1 gets up to about 190 on the straights and slows down to 70-90mph around all the corners making it impossible and I'm really far back in last place by the end of the first lap.

Almost all the cars you race against are like 600bhp max so I just got a Minolta Toyota from like the wind ASpec and did this, you dont really need an X1, just know to change the top speed to like 250 or thereabouts

@goaus455 can't gift cars over a million dollars anymore you have to earn your x1 by A) Completing the challenge unlock with at level 30 A or Bspec, B) Buy it for 20million from the dealership when it shows up at level 30 (A or Bspec) or C get to level 35 in A spec or B spec and you'll get a Level 35 coupon and with that you get an x1

Sometimes the car just goes on a tantrum and grinds itself to the wall. The trick is to have the car go right so that it barely touches the notch before the 1G, use Racing Soft Tires, use ALL AIDS, Downforce to 0 and every 7 minutes you gonna hace 80k+ creds in your wallet. Also ive noticed that when you are close to a car the AI just gets in your way and you end up pushing them to the finish. Btw, this is how I weathered out the PSN outage.
