I would get neither but get one of the newer android phones coming out such as the htc hero or the samsung android phone. They have all the benefits of android but with a few extras over the magic such as better battery life, 3.5mm jack and much better camera in the case of the samsung.
wud u choose the htc over the iphone and why? i dont noe which one i want...

Only for some. Most are free. It's left up to the creator of the app to decide whether to charge or not.
