hi ,i've recently catched a peachfaced lovebird and i don't know if its yound or old , it's just a bit orange in the forhead and white on it's neck and chest .., is it young or old ? thank you :)
how did u get him to do this my one bites me when i try do this , and is this a boy or a girl because my one is the same as this one plz help me out thanks :)
@emoxcore09 you need to spend tme with him. take him out of the cage a lot. leave the door open so he can come out when he wants. then take him out of the room he is in when he gets a little more used to you. it takes a long time and a lot of work to have a bird act like this. you need to be patient.
@Vanrico12 pairs always stick together. If you have a pair, they will not like you. If you only have 1, they will bond with you and bbe more likely to learn tricks, ect.
7 years old? how long does a lovebird live ? i have a lovebird hes called tickle :) he lets me hold him he lets me stroke him and pet him he sits on my shoulder and nibbles my ear and hair. hes a fischer lovebird with a white face a grey head and baby blue body and purple tail :)
Sorry, but I´m shocked how littel you know about lovebirds although you have one on your own! So, you have a lovebird and you don´t even know, how old they get or that lovebirds are not able to talk?! And by the way: Two have only one of them is false, you should have at least two!!
that's not fair, I have a love bird and she doesn't let us go anywhere near her! She's very aggressive aswell, but I really want to hold her like this guy is doing in this video :(

My bird is just like yours but pink and purple on the bottom feathers. my bird does bit but not all the time. she bites only if she is scared.
