my m11x can handle crysis on ultra settings fairly well, with a tad bit of framerate drops here and there.

@Daaefen crysis runs great on the cheap model i got it an am running at high settings with 18 to 20 to 22 fp. it only lags sometimes. at very high settings runs about 13 average.

@Daaefen i dont have any of them games and mine is not overclocked.but l4d2 runs 40 to 50 on high settings with aa by 2 and at maxed out 25 to 35 fps. tf2 40 to 50 almost highest settings.avp highest settings with aa by 4 i think 30 to 40 averrage.borderlands 18 to 20 to 22 same as crysis sometimes goes to 30 or 16 with high settings with no aa.mw2 highest settings 40 to 50 aswell.and other games like dungeons and dragons online with maxed out settings no aa thou.

@alldaygamer well its 2 hours but are you seriously going to be using the labtop portably all over the place without the mouse? no not really if you in car you can plug it in with a ac to car adapter or you can just set it somewhere by power outlet at home it not that bad without long time without hours of battery life but im sure if you always use the battery life it will die then you would have to buy a new battery its good for a hour before it starts heating up on your lap

If your a hardcore gamer and you travel alot you MUST get this laptop. It goes for about 4 hours with the lights on, but with the lights off it gives more than 6 hours of gameplay. So if you bored on the plane to australia or drive to Canada, you can use this puppy to satisfy your gamer needs!

Lol, i understand that. But i was considering that the video was made to fool us. I could make those adjustments ezpz in seconds... I could even add a graphic that says alienware in such lighting and add it to a generic laptop convincingly and fast.. So yes, i did consider this, but being so dark 100% of the time leaves us with no real proof that it is in fact an m11x. But i know what you mean.

You do realize that he said it's on Mainstream Settings you know... meaning Medium settings, possibly NO BLUR or Vsync. Not HIGH nor Very High settings are mentioned in being used, so you shouldn't assume that Crysis [or Warhead] isn't possible to run and run well on this system. Pretty much Crysis can run well on just about any system now especially since this is one of the few games that are NOT CPU dependent, It's GPU dependent. If the graphics card is pretty decent enough, any game can run.

Furthermore, this game can look and run better than "default settings" if you use the CCC mod on Warhead (or CUDAATS on the original Crysis). Levels 5, 4, and 3 look and run better than stock and if you add OC the GPU and CPU, you pretty much got Warhead looking good and playing well. Playing in DX9 mode can also improve frames. Just because the cpu seems low in speed doesn't make it aweful. I'm hoping eventually to grab this laptop (yeah I said it) and the specs are Ace IMO, others will agree.
