  • hit more with thighs. you supposed to move your legs towards the bar, not vice versa :3 good luck!

  • Definitely arc'd it on both reps; should be pulling it straight. This man is obviously strong, but he could lift more if he pulled with better technique.

  • in one of your reps when you first pulled the bar (the deadlift) you took it out too far in an arc away from your shins. Don't move the bar out of the way of your body, move your body out of the way of the bar.

  • You really should pound your chest next.

  • Cheers Jeff. I think that I'm way too far forward over the bar, need to get that torso more upright. Also, it's time I worked my front squats frequently. Did some tonight actually.
