Stiff from the hips up yo, if you used your running arms in sync with the drills, your drills wud look Fantastic Dude ;) But still loved the clip and the music anyway.
@mg4music1070sec - Thanks for the feedback... this is one of the trainers I work with and I agree, he could work on moving a little more naturally. I uploaded another vid like this too... check it out if you get a chance.
@5graffitiartist5 - Thanks bro... I've been meaning to upload more upper body warmup drills (it was requested before); I've just been very busy. I'll aim to get to it soon though.
@5graffitiartist5 - hey, sorry it took so long, but I've uploaded those Upper Body Warmup exercises that you requested ... check them on my channel (search Upper Body Warmup)
Haha, I hear ya... sometimes it's a drag to go through these before getting to a workout also, but it's worth it. Gets the muscles and joints ready for action and keeps the injuries away!
Actually this type of warmup is perfect for martial arts. Traditionally martial artists have focused on stretching tight muscles before training / fighting, but research shows that a dynamic warmup is MUCH safer and improves performance, power, and flexibility better than static stretching before training.
I would simply include some core and glute activation exercises as well as jump squats for an excellent martial arts / fighter warmup.
Sure- arm circles, arm swings (front/back, parallel to ground), tubing pullaparts (in front of chest), hand walkouts (from standing to pushup position), tubing rotator cuff (internal/external). scapular pushups and chinups (stiff arms- only moving shoulder blades), and arm pendulums (holding light dumbell). Hope that helps!
The objective isn't to lose weight but to warmup for training or sport; but I suppose if you perform any dynamic activity intensely enough you will metabolize fat. If your goal is fat loss I suggest circuit training with weights, minimal cardio interval training, and a clean diet.
oh, i'm not trying to lose weight at all. i was just wondering if the person that said "I'm also goin to do this, I need to lose some weight!" lost any. lol

Good point... martial artists would benefit from more upper body warmups and mobility work. I'll work on a video of this soon.

Treadmill is good if you have healthy joints. Bike or Elyptical are low impact alternatives. Outdoor interval training is the best.

Is it the first Blade movie? OK, thanks! My bad. (The first one in the series was the best, I think).
