you get this buff after killing certain mobs in outlands. it is not a bug. i wasnt in the beta of BC but i got the buff after killing some mobs so i went to wowhead to see where it came from. and guess what? it was the mob. now blizzard make betas for just this reason

ok this is tbc beta and the weapon wasnt that good tbh... the energizing spores is off a mob that buffs u for 5 mins with 30+ all stats so.. x that by like 20 it would be alot.. meening high crits.. i crit this without any buffs with my tbc blues/greens at lvl 64
