What a blessing it was to see Jars of Clay up close and personal. There were about 20 of us that saw a person concert of them w/this song requested. I still can't believe that they have been aroudn for at least 17 yrs. Sssoo much beautiful music to worship our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus heals, Jesus delivers, Jesus sets free. It's one thing to believe that, it's another to apply it to your life in faith. Not "God.. if it's Your will.." It's His will. What happened when the man asked "Jesus if You're willing You can make me whole." Jesus corrected his doctrine with "I am willing, be thou clean" He's willing to do more than you can ask or think. Faith begins where the will of God is known. You cannot have faith for salvation if you're not entirely sure it's Gods will. Likewise you can't have faith towards your healing if you're not entirely sure it's Gods will for you to be healed. The prayer of consecration has it's place, but not in the matter of things the Word already said is ours. I'm going back to New Orleans today - for a family event. I made this video right after Katrina. There is a sadness that just overwhelms me sometimes whenever I go "home". My house was bulldozed with the contents still inside while I was doing chemo right after Katrina. But ....

I cannot relate to her grief, just to think of the grief, sorrow of parents burying their child is more difficult than I can possibly imagine. Two things I really like about this song:
1) It doesn't cover up that God leads us to and through hard times, He doesn't take us out of them.
2) Even though the singer has suffered, He still sings of God's mercy, that leads us through the trials.

i've been there too - my only child - my son was killed in an auto accident- he was only 17 yrs old - but i am holding on or should i say - The SAVIOR is holding on to me- we will be with our children again- we just have to wait for a little while

I'm going back to New Orleans today - for a family event. I made this video right after Katrina. There is a sadness that just overwhelms me sometimes whenever I go "home". My house was bulldozed with the contents still inside while I was doing chemo right after Katrina. But ....

Hello! I really try not to block any people, especially unsaved - those who Jesus died for. But I think that even Jesus tossed the temple tables, and our You're-going-to-hell-because-you're-not-black-guy is, for the moment, blocked, until he goes back and studies what he has twisted around. I apologize to those who wish to keep reasoning with him,but I'm confident that God will work all things together according to His purpose.

viewing this from a link to this song from a site about the birth defect [chromosome 18 genetic] trisomy 18; the song gave comfort to a Mother grieving the death of her newborn infant. I cannot relate to her grief, just to think of the grief, sorrow of parents burying their child is more difficult than I can possibly imagine. I respect this song; happy it can give someone in mourning a small measure of comfort.

hmm, i believe that there is something that created us, but that something was like a child, a child with toys, he came up with a game and it's still playing, i'm not saying a kid is sitting and playing with our lives, but in general thts the way i would picture it, i dont believe that there are any gods that decide what we do or what we think or feel, i believe that this entity has more games running then he can handle, he probably forgot about this game and lets it do as it wishes.

Yeah yeah i know i know, but as i stated i rather go to hell coz that would be me, if i came to heaven that would be someone else, like a onion you have layers, the other layer is your skin and face, the second is your inside organs and such, after that comes your soul and spirit, my skin can go to heaven but my spirit would rather go to hell.

Jesus Christ loves all of Gods children and died for us that we would not go to satan and outter darkness if we repent and put our trust in Him.
