Of course he was joking, but it is still a stereotype. Other researchers have found that missional churches are comprised of tactical thinkers and artists, a collage of different cultures with both homogeneity (in outreach) and heterogeneity (in systems). See St. Tom's Church in Sheffield UK or "Treasures in Clay Jars" ed. by Lois Barrett for actual case study research. I only want people to look themselves rather than get their information secondhand.

@bobdminphd your so goofy, why would you say. tim keller should take his statements back and then say in ur next comment i know he was joking. i bet ur an arrogant pharisee in your church. you are never wrong and you read your books and have ur facts instead of going straight to the source.

Tim is just thinking off the top of his head in this, and I think he would like some of his statements back ;-) If he read the book, "Inside the Organic Church," he would see that both "MBAs" and "artists" are in missional churches, not one in Attractional Churches (MBAs) and artists in the other (missional). This is what frustrates me, stereotypes :-8
