yeah true. us version 300 hp and 306 euro.
123D has 200bhp

Yes it has a shorter throw than the standard gearbox.

These 1-series diesels get unreal gas mileage. They're fairly quick and get nearly 60mph. The 123d has been noted to 58+mpg.
