Hello people my name is ivan :) I Am 17yrs old and love to to play soccer. But i want to know what you You People think; If you have time please check out my youtube channel. Well Have a Great Day. :D
Oregon's rule!!!! I like your home unis, but they can't match Da Raiders away look. See the Oregon-Oregon State game for evidence of the best unis devised for college ball. Of course, you're an idiot if you close your mind (same for me), but look past tradition for an example to follow.....
College football's finest on sample at the "Natty" 2011. WE"LL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look no further than the reason recruits look more to the Ducks. By the way, bet ya'll folks will see much more disappointment this football season. Nick and his boys are going to bury you!!!! We, meanwhile are looking for another conference crown. WAR DUCKS!!!!!
@mwest6970 While ur worried about auburn, u need to be reminding kelly that its time to win a bowl game lmao. dnt ever ever, ever ever ever talk shit when u or ur team hadn't won shit, when they win the u can talk shit, but i still may not listen, win a ring any kind of bowl ring before u say something about another team...kelly aint brought shit to that program he's 0-2 in the pac 10, whil chiz is 2-0 in the sec in bowl games..stay in ur own lane, mind ya own business
@MrAUFANATIC While you celebrate your 2-0 status (both 3 point wins by the way-LAME), keep it in you memory as Chizik fades from his lucky stint with Newton. Also bear in mind Oregon visited back to back BCS bowls, not some top ramen bowl in Florida, and a gift from Bama in the second half, leading to a watered down SEC champ game. By the way, how the fuck do you get off thinking you're established when the SEC SUCKED this year compared to the last 5? We're still legit, are you (hell no)
@mwest6970 lmao you're just another sec hater! you other fans from these other conference talk so much....at least if we can talk we can back it up with 5 national championships lol....don't worry you're not alone when it comes to hatin on the sec, thats why other conferences are pissed and trying to get a playoff, cause they're tired of the sec dominating every year..u see the sec haven't said anything about it!!!
@MrAUFANATIC PAC12 power vs. SEC power, the PAC12 is 3-1 the last 10 years (USC twice over Auburn, USC over Arkansas in 2006, Auburn in a fluke play, wins by three). The SEC no longer schedules PAC12 powers (LSU-Oregon is the exception-I'd like see a home and home Bama-Stanford WHEN POLE POSITION IS ON THE LINE), so I know the SEC really deserved their BCS berths. At this point I don't buy Florida had USC in 2006 and 2008. Oregon's QB injuries in 2007 allowed LSU to back in the title game.
@MrAUFANATIC Player haters hate when they have no game. Clearly not so with the PAC12. History proves PAC12 powers beat ALL other Conference powers head to head. Go back and look at USC and UW the last 50 years. USC is 9-4 in that span vs ranked SEC teams. THE SEC HAS NOTHING ON THE PAC12. HISTORY PROVES IT. REPUTATION IS NO MATCH FOR HISTORY IN THE BOOKS. THE PAC12 IS THE BEST FOOTBALL CONFERENCE WHEN THE BEST PLAYS THE BEST. LOOK IT UP!!!
@mwest6970 Dude really, shut your fuckin mouth. You're the first person I heard that says the SEC don't deserve their chances. Dude who does the PAC 10/12 have? I mean really? The only games are worth watching is Ore vs Stan & USC. You people only have three teams worth watching out of 10-12 teams. The SEC is good all the way. BTW the SEC West won at least 9 games this year lol. At least 9, and thats only in one division. You guys have no room to talk what so ever. SMH go eat a bologna samich
@MrAUFANATIC dude, you must be joking...Bama and Auburn the SEC last year. Every fucking year is the same deal- pretenders knock off pretenders. Then you use that bullshit to say your conference is tough. You gauge your conference by your non conference schedule(reg season). Look at history son...USC has proven for 50 YEARS that the West Coast will play and beat SEC teams (9-4 against RANKED SEC teams). You get your reputation by DUCKING THE Pac12. I speak for millions...
@WarEagleAuburn89 The Pac12 is the reason for 4 of your BCS titles. Two Oregon State home wins, Dixon's injury, and the flukiest of plays (will you EVER see that kind of play happen again in those circumstances?).
In fact, until USC's two scandal riddled years, all talk of titles started with a discussion about USC. Expecting to be there because you are the SEC was second fiddle to how powerful USC was and WHETHER THEY COULD ESCAPE THE PAC12 UNSCATHED. YOU DON'T IMPRESS US....
@mwest6970 Wait... so you are saying that the PAC 12 is better, because even though the SEC actually won five straight titles, the Pac 12 is the reason they got there? Wow, that is one of the worst explanations as to why the SEC is dominate. That is not the reason that the SEC has won five straight, that is just a very small factor. USC was not worth of a national title in those years if they could not even beat the lowly unranked teams of the PAC 12.
I never said the SEC was dominant-that is YOUR thing. 2006 #2 USC loses in Dec, #4 Florida BACKS in. 2007 #2 Oregon loses 4 QBs to injury-2 loss LSU BACKs in. 2008 #1 USC loses early, #4 Florida does the next week. Both go 12-1, But USC stays home (UM& Oreg. State were both 9-4 that year-Florida lost at home, USC in Corvallis). Then last year. We remember USC kicking Bama's ass in Tuscaloosa, but sharing a title. Same story, different decade, we kick ass, you say were lame. What a joke...
@mwest6970 Back to back BCS bowls don't mean shit if you don't win either of them. And how the hell do you get off thinking that the SEC sucked this year? The SEC had more ranked teams this year than they had since 1999. I don't understand how you can say the SEC isn't legit when the Pac 12 has been carried by one team for their entire existence.
@WarEagleAuburn89 First, I didn't say the SEC is lame. LSU, Florida, Bama, Georgia, Tenn. Carolina & Arkansas disappointed me. I follow the SEC closely. My thing is there was no typical murderer's row last year.
Oregon lost their BCS games cuz Kelly just has to prove he can run the ball, instead of mixing up his calls so Ohio State and Auburn wouldn't key so much on that option. Happened in both games. Ran the same play 6 times after learning it wouldn't work. Its a shame...
@mwest6970 The SEC's big six (Bama, Tenn, AU, UGA, LSU, UF) are never all good at the same time. They all have great football histories, but that doesn't mean the SEC is down if all of them aren't good.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Finally getting back to you. You're right, six can't all be good at the same time. BUT IN YEARS PAST, 4 SEC TEAMS WOULD BE RANKED IN THE TOP TEN. MEANWHILE, USC-9 AND 1 AGAINST TOP TEN NON CONF. TEAMS WOULD SIT AT #4 OF $5. How's that for nonsense. Oh by the way, they did lose to 4 other top ten teams- IN THE PAC10 (all to Oregon). Bama has joined UT and LSU in playing anybody, but Florida got dodges tough Non Conf teams and gets rewarded with the NATTY. LAME! Cont..
@WarEagleAuburn89 So even though I love watching SEC football, I hate that stupid bias that you're tougher than us. Oregon proved they could handle the SEC. Worse though, is USC proved they were the BEST IN THE LAND b/c the beat the best in the land. Their rewa1rd? The Rose Bowl. And Oregon clobbered Colorado, the Pac 10 was tough. Stanford, UCLA, UW, OU, and WSU beat each other up. Two went 10-2. Oregon went 11-1. I'll get back to you on the SEC-I think that's happened their too.
@mwest6970 Oregon didn't prove they could handle the SEC. They had a full month to prepare for AU. In SEC life, Oregon would have to face ranked opponents week after week with very little time to prepare for the next. This whole time you have been trying to prove the PAC 12's dominace, but the team you keep turning to is USC because they are the only team worth a shit up there.
@WarEagleAuburn89 You seem to forget Oregon's defense held AU to 20pts less than their average (also). I remember Newton LIMPED off the field. Darron Thomas didn't (and was hit less often as well). Go back to that OU/ UT game-nobody had a 35 point margin of victory on UT in SEC. NOBODY. And how about eventual 9-4 LSU struggling at eventual 5-7 UW in 2009? Or 9-3 Georgia scrapping by 4-8 ASU in 2009? At home no less. We definately HANG with you. You just can't handle the truth.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Oh yeah, don't go on saying LSU and Georgia won. They should have. But unlike Oregon, they DID NOT DOMINATE. And the SEC West has no balance. Only 1 team can truly beat the best in that division. Its worse in the East now that UT and UG fell off. Meanwhile, Oregon and Oregon State have literally kept USC from ruling College Ball. Again, only top ranked Oregon teams have defeated top ranked USC-in or out of conference (4 times). Nobody in SEC has that kind of thorn.
@WarEagleAuburn89 So when a team from your conference ruins the top dog's chances (because there is more than 1 team that can truly beat that top dog) then you can say your reputation is reality. As of now, only Bama and LSU are top dogs. NOBODY can beat them in the SEC this year. That's because there is no TRUE strength in the SEC. Arkansas, UF, and UG don't compare. Thus LSU and Bama will sleepwalk through the SEC. I don't call that strength. I call that WEAKNESS.
@mwest6970 Why the fuck would you want to ruin the top dog's chances when you can be the top dog. As in the SEC's case. Everthing you just said was an assumption. None of it has happened yet and somehow you found way to make yourself believe that it is fact. Don't be so butthurt. The SEC has 6 of the top 13 teams with the most all time wins. The SEC has won the past 5 NC's and 6 of the last 8. Its not even disputable. And football analyst will agree that the SEC is the most dominant conference.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Buthurt? LOL. A consistent theme over the years-one or two good teams, the rest of the league is decent, but unable to contend for the SEC title. Cuz the conference is UNBALANCED. UG better beat Boise State-or you'll be exposed again (haven't heard a declaration LSU will beat Oregon-despite Auburn's 3 pt "dominance"). I'll say it again, a PAC12 team determined 4 of your titles. USC had to fall each of those years, and NO NONCOFERENCE TEAM COULD TOUCH USC. Book em Dano
@mwest6970 No, there are one or two great teams while the rest are good. And no shit they are unable to contend for the title. How do you expect an entire conference to contend for a title. I can't believe how fucking dumb you are. If the conference was unbalanced, then there wouldn't be 5 ranked teams in the conference consistently. A PAC 12 team did not determine those titles. Only having one or no losses in the SEC determined those NC's because as any expert will agree, the SEC is the best.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Obviously, you're an SEC homer, not a college football fan. In 2009, the winner of the last two Oregon games had to win out for the title-THREE TEAMS last two weeks. NEVER happens for the East or West title in the SEC. In 2001, Oregon lost at home to Stanford, after eliminating UCLA, WSU, & UW. Competition was so tight, nobody was undefeated at home in conference....
@WarEagleAuburn89 And the PAC12 doesn't hide behind UT;UF;UG;AU;Bama;Arkansas; and LSU being good SOMETIMES. They go play Ohio State, Texas, Oklahoma, LSU, Georgia, Nebraska, Penn State IN SEPTEMBER. Again, 9-3 LSU couldn't seprerate from 5-7 UW. 9-4 UG hung on to beat 4-8 ASU. Then 12-1 UO WAXED UT by more than anyone in the SEC last year. Our mediocre teams hang with your pretender contenders, and our best WAX your mediocre. Look to USC at SEC West champ Ark. in Fayetteville 50-14 USC.
@mwest6970 Sometimes being good? UT, UGA, AU, Bama, LSU are all in the top 13 most wins all time. Oregon isn't even in the top 25. How are these teams SOMETIMES good when they are among the most all time winners? Oregon's football history can't even touch the top 7 SEC teams football historys. And the only examples you are using are the same 3. There are way more that favor the SEC than don't favor the SEC. I know that. I don't know why you are talking. Tell me when the PAC 12 gets 5 NC in a row
@WarEagleAuburn89 SEC teams have been playing plankton from the Gulf of Mexico (that's been 80% of your competition). In fact, it took USC STOMPING Bama in the 70s to change SEC football for good. Sound familiar? AU cried in 2004 when they got excluded-wouldn't have mattered though. It would only have been the third year in a row USC would have owned AU. Funny how that started getting the SEC bogus top 5 and top 10 teams consistently.
@mwest6970 Its really funny how the ONLY team you have talked about so far is USC. It gets even funnier when you put into account how much they blatanty cheated during their dominant years. Come talk to me when you have an argument better than "Well USC beat this SEC team really bad one time."
@WarEagleAuburn89 Uh, in 2006 Reggie Bush was gone when USC beat Arkansas by THIRTY SIX in Fayetteville. Nobody in the SEC can hang with USC. It was the second time USC exposed the "powerful" SEC. Cal split a home & home with Tennessee in 06 & 07. They were very evenly matched. UO and AU played to the last second EVEN. The SEC is 7-5 vs. the PAC12 the last 10 years. You are not the best conference. 2006 showed how you stack the SEC with "top ten" teams to ensure a BCS title berth.
@mwest6970 Hahahaha, and the only wins you can come up with are USC wins. One team doesn't make a conference. And please do tell which conference is better than the SEC. I sure don't see one that has won 5 national titles in a row. I also don't see one that has 5 of the top 13 teams in all time wins. 7 of the top 23 winning teams all time. The next best conference only has 4. The Pac 12 has a whopping 2. And on of the two barely made it in at #22. You have no stats to back you dumbass opinion
@WarEagleAuburn89 2006 told me all I need to know about the "mighty" SEC. Five SEC teams hit the top 10 AFTER USC visited and DEMOLISHED eventual #5 Arkansas. WOW. Get your ass kicked as eventual SEC West Champ, and your reward is a #5 ranking going into your conference title game. Think the other four had credible rankings? Think it had to do with the SEC complaining in 2004? A top 5 team NEVER loses at home by 36. EVER. USC ended up #6. Then demolished #3 Michigan. That's Legit.
@WarEagleAuburn89 That is why I say the SEC is hype. You can recount ancient history (USC' got that one too), you can try to justify rankings that clearly escape reality. You can ignore that only the PAC12 has been able to stop USC. You can even rank five in your top ten when you know its not legit (2006). You can try to argue AU had a shot in 2004 vs USC. The evidence indicates otherwise. I KNOW you thought Oregon would be a pushover. Remember, a fluke play separates AU from Oregon.
@mwest6970 Hype? Hype is calling someone good without justification. The SEC has more than justifaction to their high rankings. And shit the Pac 12 stopped USC. They get 9 chances every year to stop them. Every other team gets one. A fluke play separates AU and Oregon? hahahahaha, fluke plays are the only reason that Oregon was even in the game.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Really? Like that 85 yd bomb? Name those flukes. Forget that we are the barometer of any conference's strength (I'll NEVER buy an SEC team ranked 6th -10th. USC proved that). 66% of the PAC12 (that's 8) have been in a BCS bowl. What's the SEC's percentage of Total teams? We face TOP FIVE OOC TEAMS IN SEPTEMBER. YOU DON"T. All I know is a REAL power exposed you, and I'll only buy your rankings when you play the PAC12 teams strong enough to indicate your real strength.
@mwest6970 No, 7 have been. Colorado has never been as a PAC 12 team. Don't even try to count them. 7 SEC teams have been as well. The difference is the SEC has been to 21 BCS bowl games and won 15 of them. The PAC 12 has been to 14 bowl games and has won 9. The SEC wins against the best competition. Those stats prove that. And who cares about September. Nothing matters in September. And the stats expose the PAC 12. Oh, and quit responding 3 times to each of my comments. I rarely read them.
@WarEagleAuburn89 BCS BOWLS (not bowls in the era). PacTEN 70%, SEC 50%. See my post from 3 days ago. It still applies. Fortunately, LSU will face a tough opponent before playing Bama-in September! Funny how UG is nervous about Boise State-WCNN's Mark Richt interview exposed that you don't like challenging games (obviously LSU thinks UO is more like A&M than LY). If you think you're so much better than the BCS conferences, then schedule them in September to show your dominance.
@mwest6970 More than 50%. 7 of the 12 have gone. No one cares if the pac ten have sent 70%. They have less teams to send. The SEC had sent just as many teams, and also sent all of those teams except for one mulitple times. Not to mention the SEC has been to a BCS game 7 more times and won 6 more times than the Pac 10. That without counting USC's vacated wins. And why would the SEC schedule teams in September. They already win in January when it actually counts.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Ole Miss,MSU, UK, Vandy, Arkansas, & S.Carolina have NEVER been in a BCS bowl. Meaning they are perrenial patsies. Easy victories. And the others prop each others' rankings (when only two a year are worthy). THAT is why you've landed BCS title games more often (especially after Auburn wailed in 2004). September weeds out the pretenders. You'd be exposed as just another conference in Sept. Notice UG and LSU are dogs in Vegas? Even oddsmakers know the deal.
@mwest6970 Arkansas has been to a BCS bowl. Shows what you know. No shit only two are worthy. Only two from a conference can go to a BCS bowl in one year. The rest who aren't Ole Miss, MSU, Vandy are typically ranked. Who care about Vegas? That is just a bunch of guesses. Two Sec teams almost always go to a BCS bowl and the SEC has won the most BCS bowls. You don't even have an argument.
@WarEagleAuburn89 My Bad. I didn't check 2010 since they weren't worthy of the berth. AU dropped 65 on them. NO BCS CALIBER TEAM YEILDS 65 POINTS. That's my point. What fool but a TV guy would consider Arkansas BCS material last year? Bama had 4 losses, and they were MUCH better. Arkansas certainly would have lost to Okla. St., Stanford, or Nebraska LY. The SEC plays Jr. College OOC games to maintain high rankings. That's why Sept. matters-to root out the FRAUDS.
@mwest6970 Your argument is still about as pointless as they come, because the SEC wins their BCS bowls. That is the conferences best teams going head to head, and the SEC has consistently come out on top. By the way, Stanford gave up 52 points in a game last year. "NO BCS CALIBER TEAM YEILDS 52 points." Arkansas played OSU down to the wire. Does that mean they suck? Oh, also by the way, Bama only had 3 losses. You still have no argument.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Ark lost to Bama, had a bye, beat A&M, then got slammed by AU. Stanford routed N. Dame, got routed by Oregon, then beat USC the same set of weeks . So you see, its not that OOC talent effects your ability in SEC play, its that OOC teams reveal how AVERAGE you really are. Arkansas robbed Oklahoma State LY of a BCS berth. YOU DUCK OOC PLAY B/C YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE COMPETITION IN THE REG. SEASON. iF YOU BEAT EM IN JAN, SEPT, OCT. & NOV SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. CASED CLOSED.
@mwest6970 I don't see how anyone can be this fucking stupid. The SEC can handle it in the regular season. They just don't schedule as many tough OOC games because they already have an extremely hard schedule. The SEC proves their dominance in their bowl games. I don't even see how you could possibly argue with that. Especially if your entire conference history has been carried by one team. USC is the only team in the pac 10 with a history even comparable to the SEC's top teams.
@WarEagleAuburn89 So the best team in the East went 4-4 LY because the CONFERENCE is so tough. BULLSHIT. The whole division SUCKED. You know, if an OOC team is equally ranked, comes to your house and SHOVES THAT BULLSHIT RANKING DOWN YOUR THROAT, do you think your conference has any credibility from then on? I stopped drinking the koolaid when AU started crying in 2004. In 2006, USC put it to rest....and so did Oregon. You sure showed that dominating conference with that 3 point win.
@mwest6970 You are selectively choosing the few games that favor the PAC 10. The SEC is historically dominant over all others. You have no factual backing. You have no argument.
@WarEagleAuburn89 Fact: UT, MSU, Ark,UG, AU and LSU are the only teams to schedule home and homes with the PAC12 the last 10 years. LSU, UG swept their series over ASU. USC swept Arkansas and AU. Oregon swept MSU, UT and Cal split. Oreg. St. and WSU visited LSU and AU and lost. LSU went to UW last year and won by 8. That's 8 SEC home games, 7 PAC12 home games. Record the last 10 years: SEC 8 PAC12 7. Six teams each. Clearly the SEC had higher caliber teams. WHERE'S YOUR DOMINANCE?
@mwest6970 Dominance? Our dominace is in 5 straight BCS titles, 15 BCS wins, and 5 of the top 13 teams in all time wins. Theres your fucking dominance. Once again, the only Pac 10 team that can even compare with the best of the SEC is USC. USC has carried the pac 10, and they had to fucking cheat to do it. Once again, you have no argument.
The BCS is a joke. One conference stacks the OOC schedule with patsies. They say their conference is too rigorous. Yet when they play the REAL conference, their record is 8-7. Now that you've scheduled a second matchup of top ten teams with us, let's see how the ball bounces. Now you get a REAL test of your conference.
BTW, how many PAC8 to PAC10 teams did your "elite" schedule? Its easy to win when 300 of your wins were OOC patsies.
@mwest6970 Oh, is that why the SEC has 15 BCS bowl wins and 5 straight BCS titles? How were those not real tests? And if the Pac 10 is the "REAL" conference, then why do they only have one team that has a history even comparable to the best of the SEC?
@mwest6970 Oh, is that why the SEC has 15 BCS bowl wins and 5 straight BCS titles? How were those not real tests? And if the Pac 10 is the "REAL" conference, then why do they only have one team that has a history even comparable to the best of the SEC? The SEC is 5-0 in the NC, 8-2 in the BCS, and 30-16 in bowl games since 2006. No other conference even compares to that.
@WarEagleAuburn89 UW has FOUR titles. Better than all but Bama. Why is it you can beat up on everyone but the PAC12?
Is that why Les Miles didn't play USC in 2007, but called them out anyway? Oh, its because he could hide in the SEC, then get lucky that OREGON had QB injuries.
I was surprised Pete Carroll didn't challenge him straight up-I would have. And simply watched USC decimate another SEC wanna be.
At least Miles has the balls to play Oregon. Thinks its an easy win huh?
@WarEagleAuburn89 Hmmm UT,UF,UG,LSU,AU,Bama in SEC BCS games. You're about brand names. Two are top notch, the others "Brand" them to lofty heights. That's your formula. Arkansas will NEVER win the SEC. MSU will lose 3 SEC games this year. UF and UG will lose 2. Yet Bama or LSU will be THE GREATEST EVER SEEN since they're in the SEC. Like years past, you'll say you're "tougher", but six are never competitive enough to truly challenge. You just need them to fill space.
@daytonaflyer Nice job of projection. Why are you the only person out of the 330 Million plus people in America that has seen Dyer's leg on the ground?
Wyteboy ... just because TCU made it to their first bowl game this year .. doesnt mean they're ready to take on Auburn . Cam would rape TCU . And talking about being a dipshit ? Cam doesn't get on videos of the National Championship of a team he doesn't like to tell them how shitty their QB is . Oh , and Cam can spell . Why don't you try ? Get out of here . WAR EAGLE !
people will get mad when any team wins that is not their team . auburn busted their asses this year for this . and people say it was only a feild goal .. well it was only one point to lead us to beat bama .. and that brought us all the way to the BCS ... a win is a win . screw the ducks forreal . football in the south is wayy bigger that every where else . i mean who the hell is OREGON anyways ? that's right . auburn deserved it . war eagle . kbye
@TheOregonducks21 haha bro we were leading way over half the game and shut you guys out 2 of those quarters. You guys are lucky the score wasnt a lot worse if cam newton hadnt played so bad we wouldve put up 40 easily we had a lot of missed opportunities your amazing running back had 49 yards. Oh and all those cute uniforms socks and helmets didnt seem to help huh? Dammmnnn neither did the trick plays I guess having cool uniforms and running stupid plays doesnt get u anywhere these days :(
FUCK CAM NEWTON.. HE IS A LYING PIECE OF SHIT... HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT YOUR DAD IS GOING AROUND TRYING TO SELL YOU TO A TEAM.. HE IS A DIPSHIT.. AND DYER WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP. NOT NEWTON... WHAT DID HE HAVE? 43 RUSHING YARD IN THAT GAME? COMPARED TO 100 PER GAME? HE WILL GET HIS IN THE NFL!!! TCU SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLAYING OREGON, AUBURN ONLY BEAT KENTUCKY BY 3 ANDD STATE BY 3... OVER RATED PLAYER.... OREGON WON THAT GAME, THE STUPID REFS TOOK THAT INTERCEPTION AWAY, HE HAD POSSESSION!!!
@WyteBoy567 Erm, I hope you know Cam Newton had a broken rib for the majority of the game. Auburn proved that they're not a one man team, with Michael Dyer, Nick Fairley, and others. And obviously Oregon didn't deserve to win that game, they're not the National Championships, are they? The refs had nothing to do with it. It was a VERY close game, both teams played well, but Auburn won. They deserved to.
@sportychic216 cam newton dont deserve shit.. he is a lying mother fucker, and when he goes to the pros and gets his career fucked up by a pro defense.. theres not much i can say auburn won, all because of fairley and dyer. he had what? 40 rushing yards all game. oregon shut him down thats a wrap.. fuck all ppl talkin shit about me... if i was talking shit about yall then yall could call me stupid but yall need to fucking grow up and except the fact that scam newton aint shit
OVER RATED PLAYER
@3232rams....OK so I was happy for my conference winning but I do agree with you on the BCS It does need a playoff system that would be the only way to determined the National Champion.
@3232rams Good point but the SEC is the only conference that wants a playoff. The other conferences don't want one cuz then they'll no longer be able to back into the occasional title Like OSU did in '02 and Miami did in '01. Neither of those BCS Champs would have finished better than 4th in the SEC. If they go to a playoff the SEC will likely win every year. With a playoff system the last 10 years LSU, Tennessee and Auburn would each have at least one more national title a piece.
@wannabetvchef i agree with you i think those usc teams and the texas team with vince young are the only teams that could maybe beat those sec teams but we will never know because of the BCS
There have been 12 BCS tilte games and the SEC has won 7 of those 12 It just proves who is the best conference in the country !!!!THE SEC!!!!...You others can have your fucking Bowl wins all you want !!!!!!THE SEC IS THE BEST!!!!!!
@frofro73 I hate to tell you this but the BCS is a fucking joke USC was denied the Fake championship game 4 times 27 players off those teams are playing in the NFL i think that shows who had the best team all those years. nothing againts the SEC but the BCS is a fucking joke and if you go by what they say you must be suckings BCS cock.
college football is a fucking joke the NFL showed this weekend why you need playoffs you cant pick and choose teams to play you cant keep all the money in the sec,acc,pac10,big10,big12. I hope one day we can have playoffs and really find out who the best team is. but until the greed gets out of football
@3232rams A playoff will tell you which team is playing the best at the end of the season, that's all. The current system is tradition-rich and makes for a shorter season.
@3232rams Many years that is a valid argument but Auburn and Oregon were clearly the two best teams this year and if you go strictly on how good a team is and not by record the final top 5 should have looked like this:
@wannabetvchef I agree with you but i think boise st and tcu also beat oregon boise has beaten them 3 in row also lsu and alabam beat them. was auburn the best you can say yes but damn i would like to see playoffs
@wannabetvchef you are dillusional on your top five neither alabama or lsu deserve to be remotely anywhere near the top five oregon has no business being number two .second off how can you have two loss and a three loss twams ranked ahead of undefeated tcu team unbeliveable. its a good thing they dont have you as a voter you would be the biggest laughingstock in the country
Oregon couldn't handle Nick Fairley at all. All season, it was Cam Newton looking like a man among boys; in the NCAA Championship game, it was Nick who looked like that. A lot of things came together for us this season, and we had the best offensive AND best defensive player in the nation. Nick was in the Oregon backfield creating havoc and confusion all night long, and that's what helped us win the most.
the dyer play had nothing to do with this game oregon left to many points on the field early and you cant do that againts any sec team. i think alabama, lsu would have also beaten oregon. if you remember last year with masoli at quarterback ohio st aslo shut them down. tcu should have played auburn not oregon to soft of a team
@3232rams well blame the bcs polls, they're the one who wanted to put their beloved oregon ducks as #1 then #2 all because of how bad they beat them, not by who they played. the teams that oregon blew out weren't really anything spectacular or to dodge for except maybe standford, but the rest of those teams..na..i think auburn could've scored may if they wanted to cam just wanted to take care of the ball and not risk chances, unlike oregon who had no choice cause they couldn't handle auburn's D.
@DaysOfThunderTheBand because tcu is a complete football team they play sound football on both sides of the ball oregon cant run 3 plays in a row with out making a mistake. what auburn did to oregon ohio st did the same thing to them in the rose bowl last year, with masolie at quarterback, also boise st beat them 3 years in a row. A complete team and good defense well always beat oregon and TCU had both.
well the division 1aa and division 2 shows you need playoffs also the NFL this week end ahows we need playoffs. there will never be a national champion in college football until they have playoffss BCS sucks cock
The SEC is just a far superior conf. 1. they are bigger. 2.faster 3.stronger, 4. they play tougher competition on a week to week basis .ALL THIS EQUALS AN ASS WHIPPIN FOR EVERY ONE ELSE. INSTEAD OF CRYING GROW A PAIR. Its no cheerleading competiton down here, and if you wanna play nice guys watch golf. WAR DAMN EAGLE !!!!!!!!!
@warchickenbaby auburn only beat them by 3 points a team scoring 52 points was held to 22 aqnd oregon left 17 points on the field. TCU and WISCONSIN was a better played game than this shit game
it is funny everybody says the sec is the best conference in the country but when it comes to a playoff system the sec is the biggest opponent against it real funny is int it
@wannabetvchef first off a playoff system would benefit all eleven conferences not just one and no there wouldn't be two sec teams in the title game you would have different teams in the title game and if you belive the playoff system would benefit the sec why are they along with the new big twelve and old big twelve against it
blah blah blah...auburns the best team in college football and oregons the second best team. you saw the two best teams in college football play and they were separated by 3 points in the final seconds...im a diehard duck fan, but im not gonna sit here and bitch about coulda shoulda wouldas...auburn beat us fair and square and they deserve to be the champs. what i would be interested in seeing is stanford vs. alabama...because i think those two teams are next in line
Auburn only won because the replay judges blew the call giving Dyer a 37 yard gain in the final drive. Dyer's right leg up to his shin was on the ground. NCAA rules state that any part of his body other than hand or foot touching the ground means he's down. Dyer was down, the refs blew it, they should not have gotten within field goal range. Auburn's win is false.
@daytonaflyer No, Auburn didn't "only" win because the replay judge blah blah blah. It was a 60 minute game. Every play in the game makes up the determination of the win. Your assumption that if Dyer was called down Auburn wouldn't have scored anyway has no validity. Get a grip.
@2010WDE Dude, they were tied 19-19 with 2 seconds left in the ENTIRE GAME. It was the fact a bad call by the replay official let Auburn get into position for an easy 19 yard field goal that the game didn't go into overtime. Auburn was unable to score a single touchdown during the ENTIRE second half. Oregon scored touchdowns during first and second half. The game could have easily been won by the Ducks if not for that bad call. Auburn won because of an ERROR.
@daytonaflyer Byrum would have kicked it in regardless. He has been practicing for this day and has the experience and maturity to handle himself. Is it difficult to whine through a duck bill? lol
@daytonaflyer quit kidding yourself about a bad call or an error, if u want to blame it on officiating then the ref tackled an auburn player that allowed oregon to score that last touchdown so quit crying.
@motoxKKKtm69 See, you guys don't know the rules of NCAA football. They state that a referee on the field must be treated as part of the field. That means if he gets in the way, the play continues as if he did not exist, no matter what happens. If the ref gets in the way, the play continues, no matter how he may have changed the play. You don't know the rules of when a player is considered down, and you don't know the rules about referees on the field. Read a rule book.
@daytonaflyer Looks like you need some glasses... they REVIEWED the call and the play on the field STOOD BECAUSE THE CALL WAS GOOD. TheY reviewed the "touchdown" call and it was reversed... GET OVER YOURSELF... WHEN THE CLOCK HITS ZERO... THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST SCORE WINS. QUIT WHINING. AUBURN WON, OREGON LOST, THEY BOTH DIDN'T PLAY AS GOOD AS THEY COULD HAVE BECAUSE THEY HAVE HAD A MONTH OFF. HERE'S A TISSUE, FIND A PRIVATE PLACE AND CRY YOUR EYES OUT.
@daytonaflyer oregon was getting blanked in the 2nd half until the ref threw a block to spring oregon's reciever on 4th and 5. Without that block the linebacker tackles oregon short of the 1rst down and gets the ball back with under 4minutes remaining. You should send that ref a present because without him oregon put up a goose egg in that game for the 2nd half. Nice offense! LOL
@daytonaflyer ...what? are you blind or just stupid? everyone and their mother saw a good 3-4 inches between the ground and dyers leg. Thats why he wasn't called down on the field and thats why after review he still wasn't called down. Even if they were able to bring him down (which they weren't) auburn still had a minute thirty seconds to get down the field for a field goal or a td. I hope you are just trolling because that post is literally one of the dumbest things ive ever read.
@DMW0004 You are looking at the wrong part of his leg. You have to look at his shin, the part covered by his sock. It's fully on the ground. If you want to see the video with the side view that proves it, then search YouTube for "Michael Dyer Tackled, Or Not, In BCS Championship Game". Start watching at the :21 second mark. You will see Dyer's sock completely on the ground and you'll realize what a fool you are and how wrong you've been.
@daytonaflyer stop crying hahaha oregon got that ass beat .. u win some u lose some .. Tell ur offense line to learn how to block and maybe u would have won
@daytonaflyer Your are absolutely delusional. No part of Dyer was even remotely close to being down. There is no camera angle that shows anything but a perfect effort on his part. But for the sake of argument even if Dyer had been down on that play it was about to be 2nd and 3. Auburn had 2 time outs and Oregon's defense was gassed. The only thing that might have changed is the margin that Auburn won by - 7 instead of 3.
Oregon played WWAAAYYYY over their heads & still lost.
@wannabetvchef You are BLIND!. There is no doubt that Dyer was down. It's no longer being debated, it's FACT. Watch the video that shows it from the side view, it's much easier to tell. You just want to believe that Dyer was not down, but the fact is that he was and it was a bad call by the replay judge.
Oregon racked up more passing yards against Auburn than any team in BCS Championship history, and Auburn only won by a field goal with 2 seconds left due to a 37 yard gain in error.
@daytonaflyer I'm sorry, dude, this discussion is about the Auburn vs. Oregon game. I'm not sure what game you were watching but it sounds like it was a good one, too.
@wannabetvchef Heres' the video where you can really tell he was down. Start watching at the :21 mark. You can clearly see the side view where Dyer's entire right sock is on the ground meaning his entire right shin was on the down. Watch it over and over again and then watch it some more if you don't believe me. There is no doubt about it, Dyer was DOWN!
@daytonaflyer alright well here is the video that everyone has seen& tell me if you see his knee down, cuz its obvious its not. dont talk shit if your not right. watch this
@AuburnNCAAchamps Holy Jesus F'n Christ...Are you Auburn fans the dumbest people on the planet? I never said Dyer's knee was down. Not once in any comment did I ever say his KNEE was down. I said his lower leg was down, his shin, you know, the area covered by his sock. I said it a dozen freakin' times. Learn to read basic english. How can you get that wrong? Did you read a single comment I wrote before you responded? Stupid Stupid Stupid Stupid!!!
@209northsidexiv ha so the wet field that slowed Oregon down wouldn't have slowed Auburn down? I think bad field conditions would effect each team equally.
@defdrumm: TCU, Boise State, and Stanford would have all beaten oregon, Bama would have beaten Oregon also. ( i know oregon beat stanford already, but that was at home early on and Stanford has been playing much better) Stanford would have definitely beaten Auburn, TCU and Boise would probably beat Auburn as well.
@viperdawg41192 Stanford didn't get the chance and even if they did??? Auburn would have won somehow or another. Those tigers have kick, claw and scratch out wins all season this year.
@viperdawg41192 no offense, but all of that is YOUR opinion and youre obviously a fan of weak conferences. Stanford got raped by Oregon so that blows your theory out the window. bama, what are you? an ESPN analyst with a boner for bama still? they wouldnt have beaten oregon.. and AUB would kill boise. Boise found out why they arent in the Title game despite their records. *NEVADA.you are a fu**ing idiot. i dont know why im replying to your dumbass. WOULDA COULDA SHOULDA. AUBURN=BCS CHAMPS
Auburn won the game but i have no doubt Oregon is the better team...I'm not going to try and blame a wet field or anything but i have no doubt if they played the best of three games Oregon would win the next two. But they don't play three games so good job auburn on beating a better team.
@defdrumm If Auburn is the better team, why can't they get into the endzone during the entire second half of the game? They were held to nothing more than field goals. You talk about not being able to get into the end zone, but the Ducks were able during first and second halves. Auburn couldn't score a touchdown to save their lives.
@daytonaflyer what u just said is stupid, dipshit. if auburn didn't get in the endzone the 2nd half they was in the red zone twice. for 2 qtrs ore was not even in the redzone the 1st and 3rd qtr, and the reason ore got a late td is because the fat ass ref blocked the safety was going to make the tackle like 3 yrs shy of the first down. get ur fuckin facts straight and dont hate on a good team like aub from the best conference in the u.s. of a. the pac 10 aint shit, what u can do, is stfu!
Damn that #43 Lutzahoochie or whatever the hell his name is has some of the softest hands ive ever seen

Oregon's rule!!!! I like your home unis, but they can't match Da Raiders away look. See the Oregon-Oregon State game for evidence of the best unis devised for college ball. Of course, you're an idiot if you close your mind (same for me), but look past tradition for an example to follow.....

MrAUFANATIC 11 months ago
@MrAUFANATIC While you celebrate your 2-0 status (both 3 point wins by the way-LAME), keep it in you memory as Chizik fades from his lucky stint with Newton. Also bear in mind Oregon visited back to back BCS bowls, not some top ramen bowl in Florida, and a gift from Bama in the second half, leading to a watered down SEC champ game. By the way, how the fuck do you get off thinking you're established when the SEC SUCKED this year compared to the last 5? We're still legit, are you (hell no)
mwest6970 9 months ago
@mwest6970 lmao you're just another sec hater! you other fans from these other conference talk so much....at least if we can talk we can back it up with 5 national championships lol....don't worry you're not alone when it comes to hatin on the sec, thats why other conferences are pissed and trying to get a playoff, cause they're tired of the sec dominating every year..u see the sec haven't said anything about it!!!
MrAUFANATIC 9 months ago
@MrAUFANATIC PAC12 power vs. SEC power, the PAC12 is 3-1 the last 10 years (USC twice over Auburn, USC over Arkansas in 2006, Auburn in a fluke play, wins by three). The SEC no longer schedules PAC12 powers (LSU-Oregon is the exception-I'd like see a home and home Bama-Stanford WHEN POLE POSITION IS ON THE LINE), so I know the SEC really deserved their BCS berths. At this point I don't buy Florida had USC in 2006 and 2008. Oregon's QB injuries in 2007 allowed LSU to back in the title game.
mwest6970 9 months ago
LOOK IT UP!!!
mwest6970 9 months ago
@mwest6970 Dude really, shut your fuckin mouth. You're the first person I heard that says the SEC don't deserve their chances. Dude who does the PAC 10/12 have? I mean really? The only games are worth watching is Ore vs Stan & USC. You people only have three teams worth watching out of 10-12 teams. The SEC is good all the way. BTW the SEC West won at least 9 games this year lol. At least 9, and thats only in one division. You guys have no room to talk what so ever. SMH go eat a bologna samich
MrAUFANATIC 9 months ago
@MrAUFANATIC dude, you must be joking...Bama and Auburn the SEC last year. Every fucking year is the same deal- pretenders knock off pretenders. Then you use that bullshit to say your conference is tough. You gauge your conference by your non conference schedule(reg season). Look at history son...USC has proven for 50 YEARS that the West Coast will play and beat SEC teams (9-4 against RANKED SEC teams). You get your reputation by DUCKING THE Pac12. I speak for millions...
mwest6970 8 months ago
@mwest6970 Nothing on the Pac 10? Hmmm... I guess those five straight championships really didn't happen.
WarEagleAuburn89 7 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 The Pac12 is the reason for 4 of your BCS titles. Two Oregon State home wins, Dixon's injury, and the flukiest of plays (will you EVER see that kind of play happen again in those circumstances?).
In fact, until USC's two scandal riddled years, all talk of titles started with a discussion about USC. Expecting to be there because you are the SEC was second fiddle to how powerful USC was and WHETHER THEY COULD ESCAPE THE PAC12 UNSCATHED. YOU DON'T IMPRESS US....
mwest6970 7 months ago
@mwest6970 Wait... so you are saying that the PAC 12 is better, because even though the SEC actually won five straight titles, the Pac 12 is the reason they got there? Wow, that is one of the worst explanations as to why the SEC is dominate. That is not the reason that the SEC has won five straight, that is just a very small factor. USC was not worth of a national title in those years if they could not even beat the lowly unranked teams of the PAC 12.
WarEagleAuburn89 7 months ago
What a joke...
mwest6970 7 months ago
@mwest6970 Back to back BCS bowls don't mean shit if you don't win either of them. And how the hell do you get off thinking that the SEC sucked this year? The SEC had more ranked teams this year than they had since 1999. I don't understand how you can say the SEC isn't legit when the Pac 12 has been carried by one team for their entire existence.
WarEagleAuburn89 7 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 First, I didn't say the SEC is lame. LSU, Florida, Bama, Georgia, Tenn. Carolina & Arkansas disappointed me. I follow the SEC closely. My thing is there was no typical murderer's row last year.
Oregon lost their BCS games cuz Kelly just has to prove he can run the ball, instead of mixing up his calls so Ohio State and Auburn wouldn't key so much on that option. Happened in both games. Ran the same play 6 times after learning it wouldn't work. Its a shame...
mwest6970 7 months ago
@mwest6970 The SEC's big six (Bama, Tenn, AU, UGA, LSU, UF) are never all good at the same time. They all have great football histories, but that doesn't mean the SEC is down if all of them aren't good.
WarEagleAuburn89 7 months ago
LAME! Cont..
mwest6970 7 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 So even though I love watching SEC football, I hate that stupid bias that you're tougher than us. Oregon proved they could handle the SEC. Worse though, is USC proved they were the BEST IN THE LAND b/c the beat the best in the land. Their rewa1rd? The Rose Bowl. And Oregon clobbered Colorado, the Pac 10 was tough. Stanford, UCLA, UW, OU, and WSU beat each other up. Two went 10-2. Oregon went 11-1. I'll get back to you on the SEC-I think that's happened their too.
mwest6970 7 months ago
@mwest6970 Oregon didn't prove they could handle the SEC. They had a full month to prepare for AU. In SEC life, Oregon would have to face ranked opponents week after week with very little time to prepare for the next. This whole time you have been trying to prove the PAC 12's dominace, but the team you keep turning to is USC because they are the only team worth a shit up there.
WarEagleAuburn89 7 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 You seem to forget Oregon's defense held AU to 20pts less than their average (also). I remember Newton LIMPED off the field. Darron Thomas didn't (and was hit less often as well). Go back to that OU/ UT game-nobody had a 35 point margin of victory on UT in SEC. NOBODY. And how about eventual 9-4 LSU struggling at eventual 5-7 UW in 2009? Or 9-3 Georgia scrapping by 4-8 ASU in 2009? At home no less. We definately HANG with you. You just can't handle the truth.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Oh yeah, don't go on saying LSU and Georgia won. They should have. But unlike Oregon, they DID NOT DOMINATE. And the SEC West has no balance. Only 1 team can truly beat the best in that division. Its worse in the East now that UT and UG fell off. Meanwhile, Oregon and Oregon State have literally kept USC from ruling College Ball. Again, only top ranked Oregon teams have defeated top ranked USC-in or out of conference (4 times). Nobody in SEC has that kind of thorn.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 So when a team from your conference
mwest6970 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 So when a team from your conference ruins the top dog's chances (because there is more than 1 team that can truly beat that top dog) then you can say your reputation is reality. As of now, only Bama and LSU are top dogs. NOBODY can beat them in the SEC this year. That's because there is no TRUE strength in the SEC. Arkansas, UF, and UG don't compare. Thus LSU and Bama will sleepwalk through the SEC. I don't call that strength. I call that WEAKNESS.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Why the fuck would you want to ruin the top dog's chances when you can be the top dog. As in the SEC's case. Everthing you just said was an assumption. None of it has happened yet and somehow you found way to make yourself believe that it is fact. Don't be so butthurt. The SEC has 6 of the top 13 teams with the most all time wins. The SEC has won the past 5 NC's and 6 of the last 8. Its not even disputable. And football analyst will agree that the SEC is the most dominant conference.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Buthurt? LOL. A consistent theme over the years-one or two good teams, the rest of the league is decent, but unable to contend for the SEC title. Cuz the conference is UNBALANCED. UG better beat Boise State-or you'll be exposed again (haven't heard a declaration LSU will beat Oregon-despite Auburn's 3 pt "dominance"). I'll say it again, a PAC12 team determined 4 of your titles. USC had to fall each of those years, and NO NONCOFERENCE TEAM COULD TOUCH USC. Book em Dano
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 No, there are one or two great teams while the rest are good. And no shit they are unable to contend for the title. How do you expect an entire conference to contend for a title. I can't believe how fucking dumb you are. If the conference was unbalanced, then there wouldn't be 5 ranked teams in the conference consistently. A PAC 12 team did not determine those titles. Only having one or no losses in the SEC determined those NC's because as any expert will agree, the SEC is the best.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Obviously, you're an SEC homer, not a college football fan. In 2009, the winner of the last two Oregon games had to win out for the title-THREE TEAMS last two weeks. NEVER happens for the East or West title in the SEC. In 2001, Oregon lost at home to Stanford, after eliminating UCLA, WSU, & UW. Competition was so tight, nobody was undefeated at home in conference....
mwest6970 6 months ago
Look to USC at SEC West champ Ark. in Fayetteville 50-14 USC.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Sometimes being good? UT, UGA, AU, Bama, LSU are all in the top 13 most wins all time. Oregon isn't even in the top 25. How are these teams SOMETIMES good when they are among the most all time winners? Oregon's football history can't even touch the top 7 SEC teams football historys. And the only examples you are using are the same 3. There are way more that favor the SEC than don't favor the SEC. I know that. I don't know why you are talking. Tell me when the PAC 12 gets 5 NC in a row
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 SEC teams have been playing plankton from the Gulf of Mexico (that's been 80% of your competition). In fact, it took USC STOMPING Bama in the 70s to change SEC football for good. Sound familiar? AU cried in 2004 when they got excluded-wouldn't have mattered though. It would only have been the third year in a row USC would have owned AU. Funny how that started getting the SEC bogus top 5 and top 10 teams consistently.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Its really funny how the ONLY team you have talked about so far is USC. It gets even funnier when you put into account how much they blatanty cheated during their dominant years. Come talk to me when you have an argument better than "Well USC beat this SEC team really bad one time."
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Uh, in 2006 Reggie Bush was gone when USC beat Arkansas by THIRTY SIX in Fayetteville. Nobody in the SEC can hang with USC. It was the second time USC exposed the "powerful" SEC. Cal split a home & home with Tennessee in 06 & 07. They were very evenly matched. UO and AU played to the last second EVEN. The SEC is 7-5 vs. the PAC12 the last 10 years. You are not the best conference. 2006 showed how you stack the SEC with "top ten" teams to ensure a BCS title berth.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Hahahaha, and the only wins you can come up with are USC wins. One team doesn't make a conference. And please do tell which conference is better than the SEC. I sure don't see one that has won 5 national titles in a row. I also don't see one that has 5 of the top 13 teams in all time wins. 7 of the top 23 winning teams all time. The next best conference only has 4. The Pac 12 has a whopping 2. And on of the two barely made it in at #22. You have no stats to back you dumbass opinion
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 2006 told me all I need to know about the "mighty" SEC. Five SEC teams hit the top 10 AFTER USC visited and DEMOLISHED eventual #5 Arkansas. WOW. Get your ass kicked as eventual SEC West Champ, and your reward is a #5 ranking going into your conference title game. Think the other four had credible rankings? Think it had to do with the SEC complaining in 2004? A top 5 team NEVER loses at home by 36. EVER. USC ended up #6. Then demolished #3 Michigan. That's Legit.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 That is why I say the SEC is hype. You can recount ancient history (USC' got that one too), you can try to justify rankings that clearly escape reality. You can ignore that only the PAC12 has been able to stop USC. You can even rank five in your top ten when you know its not legit (2006). You can try to argue AU had a shot in 2004 vs USC. The evidence indicates otherwise. I KNOW you thought Oregon would be a pushover. Remember, a fluke play separates AU from Oregon.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Hype? Hype is calling someone good without justification. The SEC has more than justifaction to their high rankings. And shit the Pac 12 stopped USC. They get 9 chances every year to stop them. Every other team gets one. A fluke play separates AU and Oregon? hahahahaha, fluke plays are the only reason that Oregon was even in the game.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Really? Like that 85 yd bomb? Name those flukes. Forget that we are the barometer of any conference's strength (I'll NEVER buy an SEC team ranked 6th -10th. USC proved that). 66% of the PAC12 (that's 8) have been in a BCS bowl. What's the SEC's percentage of Total teams? We face TOP FIVE OOC TEAMS IN SEPTEMBER. YOU DON"T. All I know is a REAL power exposed you, and I'll only buy your rankings when you play the PAC12 teams strong enough to indicate your real strength.
mwest6970 6 months ago

If you think you're so much better than the BCS conferences, then schedule them in September to show your dominance.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 More than 50%. 7 of the 12 have gone. No one cares if the pac ten have sent 70%. They have less teams to send. The SEC had sent just as many teams, and also sent all of those teams except for one mulitple times. Not to mention the SEC has been to a BCS game 7 more times and won 6 more times than the Pac 10. That without counting USC's vacated wins. And why would the SEC schedule teams in September. They already win in January when it actually counts.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Ole Miss,MSU, UK, Vandy, Arkansas, & S.Carolina have NEVER been in a BCS bowl. Meaning they are perrenial patsies. Easy victories. And the others prop each others' rankings (when only two a year are worthy). THAT is why you've landed BCS title games more often (especially after Auburn wailed in 2004). September weeds out the pretenders. You'd be exposed as just another conference in Sept. Notice UG and LSU are dogs in Vegas? Even oddsmakers know the deal.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Arkansas has been to a BCS bowl. Shows what you know. No shit only two are worthy. Only two from a conference can go to a BCS bowl in one year. The rest who aren't Ole Miss, MSU, Vandy are typically ranked. Who care about Vegas? That is just a bunch of guesses. Two Sec teams almost always go to a BCS bowl and the SEC has won the most BCS bowls. You don't even have an argument.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 My Bad. I didn't check 2010 since they weren't worthy of the berth. AU dropped 65 on them. NO BCS CALIBER TEAM YEILDS 65 POINTS. That's my point. What fool but a TV guy would consider Arkansas BCS material last year? Bama had 4 losses, and they were MUCH better. Arkansas certainly would have lost to Okla. St., Stanford, or Nebraska LY. The SEC plays Jr. College OOC games to maintain high rankings. That's why Sept. matters-to root out the FRAUDS.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Your argument is still about as pointless as they come, because the SEC wins their BCS bowls. That is the conferences best teams going head to head, and the SEC has consistently come out on top. By the way, Stanford gave up 52 points in a game last year. "NO BCS CALIBER TEAM YEILDS 52 points." Arkansas played OSU down to the wire. Does that mean they suck? Oh, also by the way, Bama only had 3 losses. You still have no argument.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
CASED CLOSED.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 I don't see how anyone can be this fucking stupid. The SEC can handle it in the regular season. They just don't schedule as many tough OOC games because they already have an extremely hard schedule. The SEC proves their dominance in their bowl games. I don't even see how you could possibly argue with that. Especially if your entire conference history has been carried by one team. USC is the only team in the pac 10 with a history even comparable to the SEC's top teams.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 So the best team in the East went 4-4 LY because the CONFERENCE is so tough. BULLSHIT. The whole division SUCKED. You know, if an OOC team is equally ranked, comes to your house and SHOVES THAT BULLSHIT RANKING DOWN YOUR THROAT, do you think your conference has any credibility from then on? I stopped drinking the koolaid when AU started crying in 2004. In 2006, USC put it to rest....and so did Oregon. You sure showed that dominating conference with that 3 point win.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 You are selectively choosing the few games that favor the PAC 10. The SEC is historically dominant over all others. You have no factual backing. You have no argument.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
WHERE'S YOUR DOMINANCE?
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Dominance? Our dominace is in 5 straight BCS titles, 15 BCS wins, and 5 of the top 13 teams in all time wins. Theres your fucking dominance. Once again, the only Pac 10 team that can even compare with the best of the SEC is USC. USC has carried the pac 10, and they had to fucking cheat to do it. Once again, you have no argument.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
The BCS is a joke. One conference stacks the OOC schedule with patsies. They say their conference is too rigorous. Yet when they play the REAL conference, their record is 8-7. Now that you've scheduled a second matchup of top ten teams with us, let's see how the ball bounces. Now you get a REAL test of your conference.
BTW, how many PAC8 to PAC10 teams did your "elite" schedule? Its easy to win when 300 of your wins were OOC patsies.
You dominate the likes of ULM. That's it.
mwest6970 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Oh, is that why the SEC has 15 BCS bowl wins and 5 straight BCS titles? How were those not real tests? And if the Pac 10 is the "REAL" conference, then why do they only have one team that has a history even comparable to the best of the SEC?
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@mwest6970 Oh, is that why the SEC has 15 BCS bowl wins and 5 straight BCS titles? How were those not real tests? And if the Pac 10 is the "REAL" conference, then why do they only have one team that has a history even comparable to the best of the SEC? The SEC is 5-0 in the NC, 8-2 in the BCS, and 30-16 in bowl games since 2006. No other conference even compares to that.
WarEagleAuburn89 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 UW has FOUR titles. Better than all but Bama. Why is it you can beat up on everyone but the PAC12?
Is that why Les Miles didn't play USC in 2007, but called them out anyway? Oh, its because he could hide in the SEC, then get lucky that OREGON had QB injuries.
I was surprised Pete Carroll didn't challenge him straight up-I would have. And simply watched USC decimate another SEC wanna be.
At least Miles has the balls to play Oregon. Thinks its an easy win huh?
mwest6970 6 months ago
@WarEagleAuburn89 Hmmm UT,UF,UG,LSU,AU,Bama in SEC BCS games. You're about brand names. Two are top notch, the others "Brand" them to lofty heights. That's your formula. Arkansas will NEVER win the SEC. MSU will lose 3 SEC games this year. UF and UG will lose 2. Yet Bama or LSU will be THE GREATEST EVER SEEN since they're in the SEC. Like years past, you'll say you're "tougher", but six are never competitive enough to truly challenge. You just need them to fill space.

frofro73 1 year ago
i agree with you, but if you want to find out who the best team is you have to have a playoff system.
3232rams 1 year ago
@3232rams Good point but the SEC is the only conference that wants a playoff. The other conferences don't want one cuz then they'll no longer be able to back into the occasional title Like OSU did in '02 and Miami did in '01. Neither of those BCS Champs would have finished better than 4th in the SEC. If they go to a playoff the SEC will likely win every year. With a playoff system the last 10 years LSU, Tennessee and Auburn would each have at least one more national title a piece.

Auburn's win is false.
daytonaflyer 1 year ago
@daytonaflyer No, Auburn didn't "only" win because the replay judge blah blah blah. It was a 60 minute game. Every play in the game makes up the determination of the win. Your assumption that if Dyer was called down Auburn wouldn't have scored anyway has no validity. Get a grip.
2010WDE 1 year ago 18
@2010WDE Dude, they were tied 19-19 with 2 seconds left in the ENTIRE GAME. It was the fact a bad call by the replay official let Auburn get into position for an easy 19 yard field goal that the game didn't go into overtime. Auburn was unable to score a single touchdown during the ENTIRE second half. Oregon scored touchdowns during first and second half. The game could have easily been won by the Ducks if not for that bad call. Auburn won because of an ERROR.

motoxKKKtm69 1 year ago
@motoxKKKtm69 See, you guys don't know the rules of NCAA football. They state that a referee on the field must be treated as part of the field. That means if he gets in the way, the play continues as if he did not exist, no matter what happens. If the ref gets in the way, the play continues, no matter how he may have changed the play. You don't know the rules of when a player is considered down, and you don't know the rules about referees on the field. Read a rule book.

FoxCreekStudios 1 year ago
@daytonaflyer oregon was getting blanked in the 2nd half until the ref threw a block to spring oregon's reciever on 4th and 5. Without that block the linebacker tackles oregon short of the 1rst down and gets the ball back with under 4minutes remaining. You should send that ref a present because without him oregon put up a goose egg in that game for the 2nd half. Nice offense! LOL
BlizzGMX 1 year ago
@daytonaflyer ...what? are you blind or just stupid? everyone and their mother saw a good 3-4 inches between the ground and dyers leg. Thats why he wasn't called down on the field and thats why after review he still wasn't called down. Even if they were able to bring him down (which they weren't) auburn still had a minute thirty seconds to get down the field for a field goal or a td. I hope you are just trolling because that post is literally one of the dumbest things ive ever read.
DMW0004 1 year ago
@DMW0004 You are looking at the wrong part of his leg. You have to look at his shin, the part covered by his sock. It's fully on the ground. If you want to see the video with the side view that proves it, then search YouTube for "Michael Dyer Tackled, Or Not, In BCS Championship Game". Start watching at the :21 second mark. You will see Dyer's sock completely on the ground and you'll realize what a fool you are and how wrong you've been.

Oregon played WWAAAYYYY over their heads & still lost.
wannabetvchef 1 year ago
@wannabetvchef You are BLIND!. There is no doubt that Dyer was down. It's no longer being debated, it's FACT. Watch the video that shows it from the side view, it's much easier to tell. You just want to believe that Dyer was not down, but the fact is that he was and it was a bad call by the replay judge.
Oregon racked up more passing yards against Auburn than any team in BCS Championship history, and Auburn only won by a field goal with 2 seconds left due to a 37 yard gain in error.

@YOULUZ: you people have no substance in your arguments. You are making personal attacks and leaving reason out of the argument.

@opd2121 and what would have happened if cam had been playing to his potiential

@opd2121 ask south carolina about that

@opd2121 what an idiot.
If oregon was the "better team" then why the hell cant your players score on 4 TRIES inside the 5 yard line?!!!! how many times did you Fail again??
so dont be blaming a call or the turf. The better team wins. Sit down Pac10
defdrumm 1 year ago
