  • It's nice to see other people exist that use Grapher. Watching this I realized that using a time parameter and the Torus Knot preset, it is a perfect example of a fibration, if you were to then map it onto a 3 sphere, you would have created a Clifford Torus, this is BRILLIANT!

  • A torus appears to be just a swirly rainbow tube. What's 4-D about that?

  • Obviously on the screen it is 2-D and as it moves that's another dimension - or 3-D.

    But assuming you are looking at a three dimensional object to begin with - the movement over time can be considered a 4th dimension.

    However, where did I say it was 4-D in the first place?
