I haven't played any of the others either. Should I start with those ones, or just go ahead and buy this one?

NOTE: I am not that great at stealth games, so it would probably take me aaaages to beat the first 3.

Trust me once you start to play these games you become a stealth kind of guy. I would recomend getting the first three. you could possibley skip #2. but you could start with Double Agent if you want. I recommend seeing the evolution of the series by playing the others. the first 2 should be real cheap too.
