one really tiny problem with this is that the FD5 footage is actually happening, the FD1 footage is just the premonition, but other than that, this is awesome.

Nicely done - one suggestion I would make though is that, to ease the transistion from Sam cutting his thumb to the engine fire, you could have used the shot from FD1 of the flight attendants reacting nervously to the 'strangled' sound that initiates the disaster.

I'm definately going to try my own hand at one of these Flight 180 mashups one day.
