@brassoadam believe it or not, alot of the skills a person would learn in primerica are used quit regularily in the sales industry..marketing, over coming objections, gettin people to buy into youand your vision ect are taught...recruiting,marketing,­advertising,sales are all skills everyone uses in some form or another..yes,you could get a sales job and learn those skills, but then you would just be building equity for that company and not yourself...

primerica's term insurance is the one of the most expensive term insurances on the market. their "30 year" level term insurance is only guaranteed for 20 years, after which the client must renew the policy at increased rates. primerica's selection of mutual funds is terrible as well as their selection (or lack of) of annuities. if you primericans want to help families, recommend to them to dump primerica and invest the difference!

@dorianthomas i never said primerica doesn't pay out death claims. you're right that they do. but so do most other reputable insurance companies. term insurance is more of a commodity now. essentially it's all the same. the only differentiation is made by underwriting and price. primerica's prices are one of the highest (compared to a comparable plan w/ other carreirs) while offering shorter term. please feel free to shoot me a PM and we can discus this further. cheers!

After reading some of these comments, I must say for the most part people can see the truth of the company. Some people will just remain lost, or should I say broke, no that's too harsh settled and limited. Some people are afraid of the change and success, so they run from it. They say it's too good to be true because they don't understand it. If they put the same energy into the business that they do into bashing it they would be successful. @brassoadam the recruiting aspect is not a new concept...in actuality it is very similar to a real estate broker-agent compensation..a broker can either focus on selling, or they can leverage thier time by recruiting, and yes real estate companies do recruit aggressivley..you still have no ide awhat a pyramid scheme is, if you were gonna open up your own business and your business volume was too much for you to handle alone, im assuming you would recuit and hire a few employees
