how can you tell which hookah is going to produce the most smoke? can i get a $45 one and it still work great?

I can honestly say from personal expirence, the bigger the smoother/smokier. I have a new one that's about 26 inches that makes a bit more smoke than this one, i'll try and make some videos of it when i get my camera back
