Essentially, what Dr Khalid Zaheer said is that Dr Zakir Naik should have been more diplomatic and forthcoming and I agree with him.As such we shouldn't keep the sentiments of our Shia Muslims in context. Dr Khalid's comment on the authenticity of the Hadith with all due respect to him is somewhat disagreeable. The Hadith is infact rigorously authenticated, so questioning the authenticity is not the smartest thing to do. Dr Zakir above all is a Da'ee one expects him to unite people with Hikmah.

We know the method of praying from authentic hadeeth.
So if we start dismissing authentic hadeeth, then there is no end to it.
Likewise, we know the other details from authentic hadeeth. Hadeeth provides the commentary of the injunctions of the Quran. We know how the Quran injunctions were used by the prophet from hadeeth.
If our goal is to make peace with Allah, then only we would consistently deal with his creation justly.
To know the truth, you have to live in you mind with prophet there.
