Regardless of whether or not they enforced it really (which I am dead set on believing that they had their WAYS of doing so) it would have been up to them to make sure their policies complied with the law. He campaign for 2 of those years for President, he miss role call votes over 122 times, so his accomplishments aare lacking and it shows. As a war veteran of this war, I think the President is dong the right thing by sending more troops to complete this mission. So I don't go by talking points and just get my info from Washington Post, New York Times and Wall Street Journal.

and if there IS anything evil about using illegal drugs, it's the fact that they have been made illegal and that when people buy them (which they will obviously do whether they are legal or not) they put money right in the pockets of drug dealers, gangs, and huge cartels that are prone to massacring people in the streets, as we're currently seeing in mexico. whereas the sensible option is to legalize and regulate some of these drugs and boost employment and tax revenue.

Same with the hispanics and jewish that lived in the neighborhood. Okay the 1956 charter establishes it as being segregated, but a lot of time has past since then, for example, the 1960's, and I think that if anyone is really interested in this topic they need to find out at what point AFTER 1956 the charter was desegregated.
