The purpose of a one inch punch is NOT to COCK your fist back more than....you guessed it....ONE INCH. You might as well have thrown a hay-maker. wow this isn't fake, it's not impressive even though. i've seen somebody put out a candle only using his wrist in a martial arts movie. (i forget which one, but i think it's fist of legend with jet li either way it wasn't suppose to be like "NO WAY!') i then tried it myself and was able to do it, though not on my first try.
