The sound is very "sharp" and not quite like Slash plays it.

Thats because Slash plays a LP(Which has a much Warmer sound) And This guy here plays a Fender or a fender copy, making the sound much sharper.

the only reason i know its a mexi strat is coz it says in the description of another 1 of his videos - "My version of all 3 solos from November Rain by Guns 'n' Roses on my Mexican Fender Strat (played along to backing track). Final solo recorded a few hours later so that's why it's dark lol Also some parts of the last solo are pretty dodgy so sorry about that..."
