I use a Spectrum DX7 with 6100 receiver in the nose. Two JR241's for servos - were what I had at the time, today would probably use an HXT500. Also flying the recommended battery from Tower Hobbies. The Fling is a good plane - a nice sloper for light winds, and a good challenge for learning to catch thermals (not easy though). It is fun to just go out and play catch with it at lunch time - will help your skills in flying more efficiently.
