I'm praying for any of you living in Japan right now. I wish I could have visited this cafe before all hell broke loose. It looked like a really cool place.I could never travel there now after the massive meltdown.Certainly anything coming outta Japan now (especially food) must be carefully checked for radiation. But if you think like Anne Colter,Radiation is Good for you.Helps fight cancer.NOT! Anyway,I wanted to see the full sized Gundam Damn it !Now Japan is in very serious trouble! infowars
I was pretty disappointed with akihabara. Sure, it's got the anime mecha, but there were just so many other cool places which knocked it out of the water
Very nice! Seems like a popular place! There is a Gundam factory near my home. The place is ultra high-tech with robots making all of the figures. There are only a handful of highly trained technicials (artists really) who maintain the machines and adjust the model molds. The place offers tours though I have not yet done it. Your video has inspired me to perhaps try and go and see. Thank you for sharing this great video tour! "Delicious Gundam Deliciousness" is a great line! ~Kurt :-)
@OsakaPapa The factory is just outside Shizuoka city and along the Shizutetsu local train line. There is a stop right outside the factory building. The only reason I know about what is inside is because I watched a popular music group touring the facility on television. I was amazed to see how robots were making er...robots. Kinda cool! This factory makes the "Gunpla" line of models. A Google search of "bandai hobby center" will reveal the factory website with lots of photos. ~Kurt :-)
The giant white robot that is all over the restaurant ;) The Gundam franchise of anime and plastic model kits has been going for over 30 years in Japan :D Pretty much everyone in Japan has at least heard of Gundam ^^
