The guards are all hired by the studio, who puts on the movie premiere. That's where she's coming out of. Maybe there's 1 security guard who goes with her, but it's unlikely because she doesn't really need a security guard yet. The lady behind her is almost definitely her publicist, and I do believe she had some family with her as well.
