Wow, you ordered 25 down and 25 up for internet service, I hope you got a good deal being that there is the two year commitment you have to go through, That high down speed doesn't work unless the website you visit also has has a high bandwidth server as well. I would had left the house once 1 PM came and went and deal with customer service the next day.
I must say you have a lot more patience than I do - there's nothing quite as frustrating as getting the runaround from customer support.
