i think i loved alex as a character, mostly because through all his jerkiness and "cold" appearnce, he was a sweet, lost kid deep down. I think ellen snapped up his character perfectly when she told him that he eally is like "some wide-eyed child, so innocent and amazed with this world". alex p keaton, to a 'T'.
