That argument will get you nowhere. Trust me. Literally, everyday I have to remind someone of this fact. Even worse, is that alot of the time I find myself telling people of 'hispanic' background i.e. a Mexican or a Colombian, etc.
The word simply means a natively spanish speakin person. Its a dumb word that governments use to categorize ethnic minorities and neatly package them for God knows what reason.

On a local level like this, it might be perfectly plausible that only one demographic is involved in an activity, nor would this warning imply that their Hispanicness is the casue of their criminal behaviour, and so it doesn't constitute stereotyping.

They could be cooking up a pot of beans on a portable camp stove. Plus watch out for tortilla crumbs and an unshowered body oder. Festive loud music with accordian is a total "give away". They cannot get good salsa so look for packets of ketchup and discarded chile stems. Forlorn looking smallish children selling chicle is a very obvious sign. They like a very noisy environment and will have some guy speaking over a loud speaker in obnoxiously loud grandiose cartoon character tones.

i'm not really sure. i believe that 911 was a government plan of some kind. They seem to believe that if the Catholic Church can get away with violence and lies for millenia then they should be able to get in on some of that action. It's kind of like God, but in this case it's called freedom, but what it is in fact is a group license to kill and then lie about it. Mexican folks are trying to survive the best way they know how. i would not bust them for growing pot on public land.

One thing that is never taught in schools is "the dynamics of lying and untruth" It is much harder to get people to believe you if there is not some implied threat coupled with a "supportable lie". It's like saying pot is actually illegal because it is dangerous. The fact of the matter is someone in authority could say it's dangerous then we could all believe it, and for leadership purposes that lie would be a successful leadership maneuver. Even leader who weren't in on it act like it true.
