how would you serve this ham, what cooking methods are best, can it be eaten uncooked?

It's eaten uncooked, of course you can cut it in cubes and fry it but, that's because in Spain there are cheap hams and expensive hams... Cooking an expensive ham would be like mixing a $500 bottle of wine with coolaid.
