Being precise the folks in the picture didn't have much to do in 1492... they had some more years of their own trouble before europeans find their way from Cuba to their territory... Why is Cuba always in all the messes?

Sheila, the picture in Caylyn's vid shows american indians and says "since 1492". Really at that year europeans (Columbus) arrived to the actual Cuba, first point of contact, and remained based there for many decades.

Great video, As a conservative I can say that Liberal is not a dirty word. I dont think that a person should be judged for their beliefs. If we all could only find Respect, Love and forgiveness for one another, then there would not be any need for civil rights. As the saying gos person who is perfect should be the first to throw a stone, I believe that just holding the rock only blinds our integrity and closes the door to our mind.

Thanks, Buddy! Great comment! :-) I don't think another should be judged at all! Who am I to say what is right wrong for their life? I am always seeking knowledge and keeping my mind open. Respect, Love, Peace, Compassion, Forgiveness, Acceptance, Understanding, etc., are things that I don't think everyone has learned yet! The times they are a changin', and I am holding hope for humanity to get it and understand the connection between all of humanity and all things! :-)

It's the definition of a liberal that puts me in the liberal category for the most part. :-) I'm just hoping that everyone takes the time to study up on the issues and policies of the candidates and NOT just vote a party ticket! I think this is the most important election I will see in my lifetime! I will be voting AGAINST one, not necessarily for the other. Sure, but who says a paper trail can't be made thru internet voting? There can be ways to fix it either way and although I see many problems with it, it doesn't exactly "scream" fix to me. It probably would scream for one that has had their identity or accounts stolen. This happens due to poor data security and user carelessness. It would take much work, many hours, to hack just 1 vote; for big money may be worth it, for 1 vote, nah. An inside ballot fix or voting machine software hack, easier.

I haven't had the problems you speak of. I just see so many potential issues with it. It's probably from watching the movie, "The Hacking of America" that makes me think of the problems there could be. :-)

I feel this is going to be the most important election in my lifetime! I don't vote party lines, but issues. Thanks, Judy! I think this election is the most important election I will see in my lifetime! I am hoping that people will study up on all of the issues and policies and NOT just vote for their "party". We, in the U.S., are in BIG trouble which impacts the globe. I'm not to thrilled with the choices on either side, but I HAVE to vote AGAINST one, as I am seeing they can NOT separate church and state, (just one of the reasons) which scares me to no end! :-)

I love it when people aren't afraid to say what they think or how they feel on different subjects. I personally don't like to label my thoughts or feelings as liberal, conservative, or anywhere in between, I just like to be able to form my own opinions and voice them to others as I please. And not that I want everyone to think as I do because that is totally against what I think is right, I just like being able to say what I think.

Did that make any sense at all? I hope so.

Yep, that made sense, Dianne! :-) I don't like labels either, but I have found that the way I think on the issues puts me in the liberal category for the most part. I have been known to change my view on things as I learn more. Everyone has a right to think how they think and I'm fine with that.
