  • haha harold ramis :)

  • Call it Hokey or silly but, When was the last time you saw anything that good on TEEVEE lately?

Seems like everything good is gone. We had Johhny Cash and Bob hope. Now we got no Cash or Hope.

  • Andy and Rodney both really respected and liked each other. That was Andy's performance, he loved to appear uncomfortable or awkward.

  • Hey, you wanna laugh? Take a look at my paycheck.

  • Even with no respect, he still has more street cred than Vanilla Ice

  • Kaufman wouldn't make a pimple on Dangerfield's ass.

  • is that harold ramis at the beginning?

  • White , but has a voice like a black choir singer?? Hey, it's Rodney Dangerfield!

  • Hey it's Robert Urich!!

  • nice, revolutionary. Funny. Love it. Miss this guy.

    Hi MOM

  • People stop comparing Dangerfield to Kaufman, i mean Rodney was the best at what he did. So was Kaufman. don't waste your time comparing the two.

  • @WuTangShogun36 who is Andy Kaufman?

  • @waddleduckie1 what do you mean who is andy kaufman?

  • @WuTangShogun36 , I never heard of him is why I asked.

  • @waddleduckie1 he was a famous comedian, star of the sitcom taxi. go see the movie Man On The Moon, named after the R.E.M. song.

  • @WuTangShogun36 bang on man...

  • wonderfull guy shame i only just discoverd who he is R.I.P true legend.

  • Andy Kaufman & Rodney Dangerfield were brilliant together. 2 very different funny guys. Alone they were funny, put them together they make quite a comedy team, Even though Andy never considered himself a comedian, he always considered himself a song & dance man.

  • Harold ramis

  • "These are the breaks!"

  • Rodney Dangerfield and Andy Kaufman...let me tell you, that as a bloke from the UK , these two are as funny as it gets from this period in the U.S...heck from any period.

Genius you can be proud of.

  • Andyyyyy!

  • "They took me to a dog show, and I won"!!!!....ROFLMAO

  • the 73. pinto was a rollin bomb. rappin Roddney was a great album.....

  • Lol the funny thing is is that he has went down in history as the first white rapper.

  • @Juelzsanpana I think Johnny Cash would disagree.

  • :D

    Rodney forever!

  • Is this what they call "Old School" rap?

  • two of my favorite comedians of all time. not to forget a Tom Selleck-esque Harold Ramis

  • Ghost buster was Ramis best moment, and the army movie he did with bill murry.

  • That's something you rarely see, people dying from losing their lives....

  • My mom knows Douglas Hoyt, the guy who helped write this.

  • I liked it lol

  • Rodney was a riot! I miss him

  • "I called suicide prevention ... they put me on hold" lol

  • quote full of win^

  • WOW! I thought Andy passed away a few years before the "Rappin Rodney" tune came out. Evidently, I was wrong. Interesting.

  • So it must be really weird to see him singing along with it.

  • Wow.. Harold Ramis, Robert Urich, Andy Kaufman and Rodney Dangerfield all on the same show- pretty surreal...

  • This is the greatest video ever.

  • in this video rodney dangerfield, harold ramis, andy kaufman & robert urich.

  • This is great I have never seen it before.

  • Yeah I'd never seen it before either.

  • I liked it lol

  • Rappin' Rodney is the most hilariously hokey schtick ever.

  • I had the feeling that Andy,.did not like this show...you can see him "suffering"...the lines, the performance...

  • i think he just feels weird not being the center of attention...

  • This special was made the year he was diagnosed with cancer, I think. Maybe he didn't feel well. *shrug*

  • @maatt2413 I don't really see any evidence of him suffering. Him looking sad and uncomfortable during his speech was just part of the act, but if you watch him afterward while Rodney Dangerfield did his schtick he was completely professional and fully participated. Which all the more makes me believe when he acts out at other times it's just part of his act.

  • @maatt2413 -- i dont see that at all

  • @maatt2413 Perhaps Andy didn't like it, but Tony Clifton use to open for Rodney and would get the crowd to the point they were throwing beer bottles. I mean, just consider the character behind the soft mannered image.

  • Hey I thought I saw Mo Green from SCTV!
