  • Phatmaus ironic comedy is wasted on people like you.

  • Get a life.

  • Funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny!

  • Hahahaaaaaaaahaha, they're talking about climate change, yet he's wasting petrol by driving to the meeting, and sitting in a car while she's bitching about a carbon footprint. You think this is serious? That's the irony in it! It's comedyyyyyyyy

  • It is staged but it's based on the truth of what the BBC is becoming. It's still funny.

  • OMG... Phatmaus .. I really don't know how to tell you this but the whole thing is a bit... a gag... a script...planned, written and acted out, and well done I might add, to make fun of the BBC.

    Get a humor gland installed.

The only "real" part to that whole thing was the one shot of the car going through the background of the news.

    Funny stuff.

  • This video's description is a fine example of people taking things FAR too seriously. Dude....its top gear....it is not a serious program....this is really quite clearly staged, and if u can't see that then there really is no hope for u as 'sentenced10' said. And whatever is said on the production blog could have been written by anyone, next ull be sayin u got the info off wikipedia. get a life dude.

  • phatmaus, if the wording of the meeting sign a few seconds in didn't make you click on that this scene was staged then there truly is no hope for you.

That said, thanks for uploading the clip. Hilarious stuff.

  • its obviously staged, they deliberately make a point of showing the diversity of the people in the meeting and they used as many buzzwords as they could to mock BBC political-correctness. It is funny though.

  • Your video description: Either you're being subtly ironic...... Or you're missing the point that Top Gear clearly staged this "top-level BBC seminar" to - er - be subtly ironic...... Please say it's the first of those two, right?

  • I dont think this was staged.

1 - there have been a lot of complaints over the years of he BBC doing this kind of stuff. I just didn't believe it untill I saw it.

2 - On the Top Gear production blog they mentioned that they went into a normal meeting asked the guys there if it would be alright for Clarkson to sit there in a car and film them doing their usual business.

  • Are you really serious?

Everyone this is staged... TG does this sort of things all the time! So stop whining and do something productive. If this is the sort of things you do in your free time (whining and complaining), you should really consider changing your life.

  • it was staged 'cos with the copies of the guardian on the table - if you read clarksons books he makes fun of these kinda people and calls them "guardian readers"

  • It is staged. Those people are actors. I recognise several of them.

  • I agree with the first three words of your post.

  • You are hopelessly stupid.

  • What a load of b....cks - I was there and all the people in the meeting were paid actors.

Can't you see it was joke you sad bugger.
