  • @mizburlington2345 I wish i would have seen this earlier. I just bought the 12oz for $20 on ebay.

  • THE thing is black people dont like spending money lol

sometimes you have to stretch the dollars further for that product that is going to give you the best for your hair

me personalli i dont mind if the product is exspensive so long as my hair ends up healthy

  • i saw that set yesterday at tj maxx for 12.99!

  • TJ Maxx or Marshalls has it. About $6-$7

  • I have the CHI silk infusion and I highly recommend it. The smell is Gorgeous and it makes ur hair really volumized.=]

  • How do you use the chi as a heat protectant? Do you use it on wet or dry hair?

  • You can apply it to wet or dry hair, that's the beauty of it. You just apply it to your ends and style you hair as usual.

  • Sally's generic version of Silk Infusion it is only $9 for 12 oz, works the same. Same ingredients. I like it.

  • Oh yeah you totally can. I have the real and generic version of CHI and Paul Mitchell products from Sally's, their good stuff.

  • I got mine from Marshalls for a whopping $6.99. I was feeling soo happy I got 2 lol

  • Yeah, you can really find some awesome deals at TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

  • i got 2 oz bottles of the shampoo, the treatment, the silk infusion, and the 44 iron guard for $12.99 t tj maxx!!! =]

  • omg me too so cheap! :)

  • yea it is recent i went today and got it for the same price!!!!

  • sweet vid :)

  • where did u get the products from, iv been looking all over for them! x

  • I got mines from JC Penny Salon. I've seen them @ Walgreen's, Rite-Aid, TJ Maxx, and even Wal-Mart, so between those places I'm sure you'll run across it.

  • Who is the avid user of chi silk infusion?

i know ahahnbarbie34 uses it ALL the time.. so if that's who you are referring to then, yeah. haa

  • Ive been using heat on my hair for a good few years now so it is pretty damaged! I have stopped using heat on my hair but im still deep conditioning etc. Do you recommend using Chi silk infusion even if im not using heat? Ive heard so many good things about it so i really want to try it.

  • i dont really know what the silk infusion does either but i like the way it smells though.

  • does the infra treatment protect your hair from the heat

  • The entire line is supposed to be geared to heat protection. The Infra Treatment, is more like a conditioner, not a serum or anything like the Silk Infusion. I would recommend using either the whole line, or at least the Infusion to follow up the Infra Treatment.

  • the silk infusion is a heat protectant...it also adds glossiness to the hair

  • Wow...you got a great deal. I really never paid attention to the CHI products. Do you use the serum on dry hair or wet? also, does it weigh your hair down....I might consider getting the silk serum.

  • Your right, it was pretty awesome...especially looking back, how great of a deal that was! The Silk INfusion can be used on wet or dry hair, and nope it doesn't weigh the hair down, its actually very light. It is a product I would definitely recommend, even more so if you find a good deal on it.

  • That is a incredibly great deal you got! I wish i was that lucky!!

  • I know!!! It really was all about good timing though. I haven't even seen the giftsets since the summertime, much less on sale.

  • Do they sell the Chi products or straighteners in JCPenny anymore? Or anywhere esle besides a salon or Sally's??

  • You'll sometimes see it at TJ Maxx and Walgreens. The straighteners are available of course online, and at salons, department stores, beauty stores(Ulta), etc.

  • Okay so today I just happen to go into JCPenny and they had the gift bag on sale! Yay! So it came with the 44 Iron spray the 6oz Chi silk infusion, and the 2 oz one too. All for 24 dollars! They only had 3 packs left and had the indiviual products sold seperately for 24 dollars each! I got the pack for 24 dollars with 10 dollars off, for no reason really lol and wellthats it! im just so happpppppppppyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow! That's awesome! Going to JCP at the right time really pays off. You can really find a god deal. So glad you got that CHI for a steal! Let me know how it works out! Also, make sure you do the survey on the receipt, you'll be able to save like 15% or so next time you buy something.

  • I have used the chi products before they are good but i would not pay full price for them. i only buy if it is on sale because they are over priced for what they do.

  • Yeah I feel you completely! I don't think I've paid full price or anything CHI since I started using it, and I'm glad I didn't.

  • wow! how did u find all that 4 that price?!

  • Girl, I'm a self-professed bargain shopper, so I was in JCP like every weekend checking out the sales. For some reason over the summer, JCP was selling a lot of CHI, Biosilk, etc. giftsets, and and when I got the CHI giftset I used a 15% off coupon, so I really came out good! Check JCP Salon frequently for promos, they are usually running some type of good special. :-) Thanx!
