I assume u didnt modify anything in the transmission. My question is that can it's transmission manage those 31" on city driving? especially when going uphill on paved road through the mountains.

It lifts about 2 1/8" high plus bigger tires adds almost another inch . So somewhere around a total of 3" lift with the lift and tires. Really helps with entry and exit angles plus with under body height. Without any underbody protection the lift really helps.
