That's actually a TACTIC that it used in court during a cross examination. It's called a LEADING QUESTION. It's where a lawyer words a question so that it can only be answered yes or no. That way they can get what they want to hear out of the witness without him/her being able to defend themselves.

Oh my god really. You took what was said in that video completely out of context.
What she meant by that was that the killers are the only people who should have LEGAL action taken against them, and not the media.
In fact even in the video O Reily puts words in her mouth saying that she acused him of being an accomplis to murder, and she of course said that isn't what she said. And the reason she didn't just pick one or the other is because it was too complicated of a question to cont....

That's actually a TACTIC that it used in court during a cross examination. It's called a LEADING QUESTION. It's where a lawyer words a question so that it can only be answered yes or no. That way they can get what they want to hear out of the witness without him/her being able to defend themselves.
