Ok. To a those who don't get how john died... then he's back it undead nightmare. John does all the stuff in red dead redemption, gets his family back..then john gets killed. Undead nightmare takes place after john returns home to his family but before edger ross kills him. john fixes everything in undead nightmare. Then ges killed by ross. Then seth steals the mask(which causes the dead to rise) and john comes back a zombie(cuz he's dead) but keeps his soul cause he was buried with holy water

tht was my problem i forgot to do that missions so now i did west dickens mission i finished the game and im happy soo if u went to west dickens first missions where he gives u the undead bait u have to get some flowers for him and then u can start doing more missions

@Amoori38 I don't get your question. "Undead Nightmare" refers to the DLC released for Red Dead Redemption in October 2010. There is only one version of UN. You can download UN through PSN or XBL and play it with your RDR disc like it was originally released, or get the Undead Nightmare Collection, which is a collection of UN and two multiplayer DLCs on its own disc. You can also get a GOTY version of RDR that has all the DLC bundled with the original game. Hope this clears things up.
