You don't win a fight because you knock down your opponent 3 times in the first round. The way JMM came back and outboxed Pacman was fascinating to watch, and it also showed how limited Pacman skills was at the time. As far as Mayweather Sr., he is a very good trainer. I think he did a good job with Oscar, and with Chad Dawson. Hatton didn't follow the plan.

If you're in the team and your boxer loses, you lose it as a team. The problem with Mayweather Sr is not so much is his game plan but under estimating his opponent. Mayb you don't remember history, but the first fight with Marquez and Pac man was a draw, and this was after Marquez was knocked down 3 times in the first round. Most people including me felt that Pacman lost that fight. A lot of people felt that Pacman was outboxed that second fight with Marquez. The point I was making about Morales is he outboxed Pacman also in their first fight. I gave Pac credit in his second fight with Morales, but if Pac thinks he can just overwhelm people, he's mistaken

My err on the Marquez first fight but one of the judges made an error on the card when he gave pacquiao 10-7 instead of the 10-6 when he knocked down Marquez on the 1st round. So the fight would ended as Pacquiao the winner. But it was a draw, then its a draw. Anyway, any fighter can be exposed but my main point is Floyd Sr totally underestimates his opponents. All that trash talking just makes him look more stupid when his fighter loses. He has no class, IMO overrated.
