aww....so cute! this reminds me one of my favorite zebra finch named Darky. He was adorable! but...he died. :( great, now giant tears are coming out of my eyes. i have no idea why he died. he was always alone although we had other zebra finches to have him play with. he would either sleep on the florr or alone in its nest. he was adorable since he always let me pet him and i could feed him. but one morning he just was laying on the floor dead. ...wahhh! im crying too much. sigh. i love you darky

i know thats a girl on the left, but if you look closley at her chest you can see a tiny bit of the barring that males get on theirs. i wonder why that happens. my girl finches had it to.
