Calling the videos Tutorials might be somewhat misleading, I don't know. I like these 2 videos as entertainment while I might have a harder time following them step-by-step because of various interruptions. But I don't think that should be the point in your vids as I prefer listening to a spontaneous human than reading in an instruction book.

@mistaDVA I don't see how you got the impression that this video was meant to be an in-depth tutorial detailing each step brt5470 took to do the Netherworld transition. This is a "how I went about doing the Netherworld transition for my interstate" video. The purpose is to simply explain how the transition effect was achieved, briefly going into minor detail about points of interest.

Personally I love the way you present these types of videos.

great tutorial, i think notch just needs to add a spaceship and alien variants. Then just adjust the random terrain mods to make planets that you can explore (of course they would need to be small) i think that might be sweet and maybe add galaxys and such.

i think you should just add more detail, and take your time with it. since i've started my own interstate i've added torches every 10 blocks, along with all the little details like bridge supports with every torch set. although right now i think i started too low, because i'm running into alot of mountains and have to mine through them alot. but at least it shows something i've noticed you missed on your interstates, caves :) look into the cave part of the world, it's something new.

@rickput That would be a little hard to do as the actual interstate is rarely interrupted. But I could see that happening if he did a nether transition. In fact, caves would be a great transition point!!!!!! Maybe it goes through an underground portal, plus there are multiple ways to get portal "Blocks", so you don't need to use obsidian.
