  • @toma123456781 sorry

  • @nabilebraheim I think the videos are good. Because I cannot find enough information and my GP just never seems to care. Nobody seems to care. Thank you.

  • Seek medical attention when you first have to sell your fucking soul to get any kind of treatment in this damn country. I would love to know the cause of my problem but us healthcare system blows

  • @LilxYoungsta What do you mean, "US healthcare system blows"? It's the best in the world! People come from around the globe to seek US healthcare! Canadian doctors often send wealthy patients to the US for treatment because they know wait times for Canadian specialists can be months! Now, if you mean the US health care system is outrageously expensive compared to other countries, then I would have to agree with you to a point. But there are reasons for the high costs that go back decades.

  • @Kaniela6759 WE HAVE THE BEST HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN THE WORLD

  • @nabilebraheim Exactly! :-)

  • @Kaniela6759 thank you

  • Thank you so much for your video; it is very informative and interesting. I'm having increasing pain after falling 2 months ago, have been to the doc and had x-rays. I'm just starting the process of finding out the source of discomfort.

  • @MrSmile1087 SEE AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON

    GO TO SUNNYBROOK HOSPITAL

  • please give me any advise.i would realy appreciate.thanks

  • @MrSmile1087 Muscle loss... Have you tried working out, low weight is good for your shoulders to prevent injury. Also with some exercises you need to watch your range of motion and don't go too far. If you aren't in pain and don't have a limited range of motion you should definitely try to strengthen your muscles and you shouldn't lose anymore muscle mass.

  • @MrSmile1087 where do you live. Have you ever tried band therapy?

  • @sircoggins live in australia.can u explain me band therapy??

  • @MrSmile1087 resistance bands are a way of introducing gradual and dynamic weight resistance exercises instead of static weight. google resistance band exercises

  • @MrSmile1087

my problem has been almos like yours. I feel pain sometimes in the front of the shoulder and sometimes on the outside down to my trycept. Over one year I have done therapy, cortizone shots, pills as desinflamatory steroid, MRI and Xrays and they have not been able to find any problem. The pains has gotten worst and now I can't lift my armo above my head. The last thing to try now is a Laparoscopy shoulder surgery recomended by my Orthopedic Surgeon.

  • Your video is great! I think I may have bursitis. When I lift my arm a certain way, the pain is incredible. I have to move my shoulder in circles to relieve the pain when I do this. But the pain is not constant, only if I move a certain way. I'm not sure what I can do for it, or if it will go away with time?

  • @VisionofLoveandPeace see a doc

    get therapy

  • @nabilebraheim Thank you, I'm going to make an appointment with the doctor!

  • Great video, thanks for your help !

    Please advise:

    1. Will Cortisone shots help cure a Slap Tear (Left Shoulder) ?

    2. Would a standard MRI be able to reveal a slap tear ?

    3. Would an MRI Arthrography reveal a slap tear not revealed by a standard MRI?

    Thanks.

  • @OCEANQUEEN1 corisone could help

MRI could show slap tear check the coronal views ,MRI arthrogram is the best

  • hey these are some great videos

i was wondering if i have dislocated my shoulder twice do u suggest i get surgery or try and do physio ps keep up the videos

  • @ct368 physio first

  • This video was very helpful in understanding how the shoulder functions and where tears and impingement problems happen. I just had decompression surgery for an impingement problem to my left shoulder 2 months ago, and additionally may require a second surgery to tighten the joint capsule. My husband is also experiencing shoulder pain and may be dealing with a SLAP lesion. My husband found this video informative as well.

  • @mightymatch1 thank you

  • Good day, i have suffered from shoulder instabilty and have gone bankart repair, i am now post op for 7 weeks, i just wanna ask when do we usually gain our Full ROM after surgery? thank you

very variable ,depends on the patient, the condition ,the pathology and therapy.

    thanks

  • I have been having a sharp pain in my shoulder when I do bench press. Pretty much anytime I flex my right pec the pain occurs. It is in the front delt, about 1" above where the bicep meets the delt. Pain ONLY occurs when benching or any chest pressing motion. There is no pain otherwise. Is this impingement syndrome ?

  • @dlowrie290

your condition could be AC JOINT OR SUBSCAPULARIS IRRITATION

  • I have a lot of pain and I am going to have to go to my doctor just so they can tell me to take alieve.

  • @duvexy ALIEVE ,does not cure evrything

ask your doc if MRI CAN GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION

    THANKS

  • @nabilebraheim MRIs' are expensive. I have been charged 14,000 for an MRI. I have to work a whole year for just one MRI. Thanks anyway.

  • @duvexy

AGREE WITH YOU ,MRI IS EXPENSIVE AND SHOULD NOT BE DONE FOR EVERY PATIENT.DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM CAN BE DONE BY CLINICAL EXAM ALONE IN MOST CASES

    THANKS

  • @hashte explain the 1;00

  • ohh ok thank you for the advice...i will consult my doctor about it..i mean i wasnt to sure like i was but at the same time i asked my cousin and a good friend (whom are doctors) and they said it was somewhat normal because you are loosening up the tense muscles, cartilage, etc or something along the lines of that

  • @sprite42069

if you made any damage youn will know it

you will have a lot of pain

  • @sprite42069 great

  • hey i had a SLAP tear and he (the doctor) said that it was a huge slap tear and from what he said..it seems to look about as big as a bankhart leision but it was on the other sideidk but i have four anchors and had a bursectomy and had a bonespur removed/shaved. umm i was wondering if it is okay for the shoulder to kinda like pop or crack?? like the doctor told me to slightly start moving my shoulder (i had the surgery on the 30th of september) but idk im just a little worried that i did damage

  • @sprite42069 always consult your doctor because he has all the correct information

    .SLAP is better than bankhart

what you have is a lot of patients have

your case is not very different

therapy as guided by your doctor is very important

ask the doc to to get xray if you are worried
