I really need help please eney one i download the zapp media manager but then when i open it it looks for updates and then cant find any and says press cancel so i press it and nothing happens how do i get music on it ? please help

For music try converting music into wma or mp3 to copy from window media or just copying from the folder by using file and folder task on left side of folder.

Trying copying the file or folder to your Zvue and that it.

For Window Media use sync...

For movie trying using a full Total Video Converter. To covert a Mp4 to Mpeg, because Zvue software Zorg won't read the Mp4 program. In the Zorg software you will see two program to use. Search for Media files to covert and Search for Media files to copy. Use Media files to covert first because it will Covert the Mpeg to Avi then it make a folder for you called Zvue. Then after using that program then use Search for Media files to copy to your Zvue and you is finish.

1. A firmware update - upload it on your Zcard first by using your USB. Open Zvue folder from computer then put the file in the zvue. 2. After doing that turnoff the Zvue and turn it back on still with the Zcard in it. I think you will see it loading on screen. 3. After it loaded, then put your new memory in and it will read your memory. 4. you can check out on your memory when you put menu and then go down to about Zvue. Then hit card that will give you the information about your card.

I can't get my video to work on my 250, I've converted it to mp4 and everything, still no luck , AND zvue's website won't let me download the firmware update

it sucks, because I put an 8gig SD card in there, and now it's great, BUT still I can't use the video and that's a bummer
