The question I have is the SL govt really killing Tamils? I mean my Singalise friend has told me the army is willing to take in people from the areas of fighting.

Also he's told me there is no genocide, but it's funny to see the LTTE sending in suicide bombers into areas where Tamils are.

I agree with you with the fact that it's hard to believe both sides. I'm tamil and as much as I want to support my people, it's troubling not knowing who is telling the truth. In any case, what both sides are doing is wrong and it's not about getting rid of the LTTE, but coming to a truce where both sides are satisfied. Britain left Sri Lanka in a mess and now innocent people have to pay for it. It's about time that the killings stop on both sides, and end this war.

He's told me now the British, well Gorden Brown was talking about sending in a peace party to help create a truce.
