our alto saxes are so soft, we can never hear them unless they play by themselves, but i can hear them clearly here =[ whats wrong with our altos??

@garlic2chicken -Our highschool marching band has 350 kids and we have some of the nicest formations of all the highschool bands. (and yes i am talking about marching bend) but our highest band (symphonic winds) is ranked in the top 50 in the nation (not knowing our exact place) but i am not trying to take anything away from this band. they played this piece exceptionally well

I go to tthe Shaker Heights school district. We are in the top 50 band schools in the nation. im in 8th grade and we can play this better :p

@216media -Where the heck is Shaker Heights? Somewhere in Ohio? How come you are not the #1 band school in the nation? SHA is the largest "all - girls" marching band in the nation. You need some Aloha sunshine.

why does everyone assume were "he's" lol. this is an all girl's band, you know. and it kinda sucks cuz there are a ton of people playing flute/clari and such, but very few on bass instruments

Euph solo at "up where we belong" was incorrectly played. still good, but I just notice these things. we don't get solos that often, so I give him credit

I played French horn on this piece at my high school.

I started dying of laughter every time I had to play the "Love lift us up where we belong" solo. It was too much.! XD

trumpet solo was a little off... at one part the soloist played a dotted eighth sixteenth figure when it should have been reversed. srry its just that im a trumpet player so i notice these things. but regardless Excelent job :D

i'm really impressed by this piece - we play it at school and sounds NOTHING like this - and the percussion sounds amazing! you can tell you work your butts off :D keep doing what you do !
