great city indeed like khust, like mukachevo, but sadly romanians disappeared,this city was ruled by romanians once...I'm a romanian who visited ukraine this year...and was shocked that this former romanian land...is no more...nice country you have!
no man, uzhgorod wasnt ruled by romanians, this city was belonged to austria-hungaria, slovakia, pospolita, but not to romanians(not rome, not bucharest)
it was ruled by the middle ages by the romanian cneaz...Dragos...it belonged to the comitee of Ugocea...Ugocsa...in hungarian...:) this is history, but for my informations are there any romanians left in the city?:)

I live in the US part of the year and in Uzhgorod the rest of the year. I have just returned as a matter of fact. I will return to Uzhgorod in March. Thanks for asking..
What river was that? My baba said she lived close to a river in Uzhorod.

propably, here may live romanians, but i dont no one, but there is many romanians in tachiv, vinogradovo and other near romanian border cities.

No romanians living here. They are near Tachevo (Técső). There is several Romanian willages. But not on this side

Looks cold, I've got a friend that bornt in Uzhgorod and he says that even in summer, nights were really cold
