Thank goodness there are good doctors like Dr. Liang trying to increase awareness. Unfortunately too many doctors do not realize that the majority of RA patients die from the heart disease of RA which is not the same as other CVD or CAD. This is the single greatest reason for the high mortaltiy rate of RA - heart disease that is undetected. RA patients get severely inadequate preventive care according to studies from Mayo, especially by Dr. S. Gabriel. Thanks for this post.
