I really enjoyed this video. Thanks for posting. The WSOR has come a long way and they are still growing! I did a summer in early 2000 as a seasonal in the mow dept. I could have went to there conductor school in (Madison yard) and landed a spot on the northern division at the time.

When she coupled to the boxcars at the end, she went under the couplers without three step protection. Our conductors get a serious horn blast if they do that!!!
OK guys, this was 1998, before the rules were further dumbed down. Back then, the engineer didn't move again after he was told to stop. Now you have to tell him not to move after you have already told him to stop.

Very nice footage. Sure brings back some memories. A female conductor!! :) Wow!! Looks like I picked the wrong time to work for WSOR. She's a cutie!
