@mrjollyrich76 Yeah it could be a plane + banner, but the plane is moving pretty fast while the "banner" appears to be moving much slower. Have not tried zooming yet but feel free to do your own research.

I could check the companies that deal with aerial advertisements in that area, i would need the date and time of the footage/programme, and the location from you though.
