so true, st anger is what made me into metallica. 2007 (but I've herd some songs fo it in 2003 y'know) I was having a bad time in school, in home, in my life. and this album helped me control my feelings. it express pretty much everything I was feeling. now being a hardcore metallica fan, I still say this is my fav album and the best to listen when you're pissed off of life :)
