Dude, everything about this guy is awesome!! Get this guy to work at guitar world please =) liked his playing, loved the tattoos and the way he talked about the guitar was really cool, nice and calm and easy going type speech played like a monster...this guy convinced me xD Not that i should be the guy talking about this but man i just felt like saying it, following the flow mates thats all, hasta \m/

Eddie has an old Les Paul Custom thats one of his favorite sounding guitars. If you going to make a Strat style guitar sound like a Les Pual Custom. It all come's down to the specs. Same wood neck & body,fret board,inlays,pickups. This guitar is a Les Paul Custom in a Strat style body. Eddie & Fender may have done what he set out to do many years ago........

Chris is an awesome player and seems like a great guy, but his playing style seems kind of mismatched with the guitar here, like Kerry King playing a Les Paul.

Obviously shape wise they are nothing alike but c'mon.. This thing screams "when designing this guitar we at evh sat down with a Les Paul custom and decided to make our own version of it" not necessarily a bad thing as I'm a massive LP custom fan..

@SavageDutchman PRS had a similar thing going, Gibson tried and they came to the con conclusion that if your buying a guitar thats $2,000 and up your gunna be able to tell the difference between PRS and Gibson
