My wife started this project after noticing her grandfathers hands in a photo she took and started thinking about all the things they had done. There are photos in the project of the hands of several people that have now passed on. Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

This means a lot to me. I am a father of six children; a carpenter; and a sign language interpreter. About a year-and-a-half ago, God placed a burden/ a calling/ an anointing on me to start a deaf ministry at the church where I already am an assistant pastor. I argued with God that my limited knowledge of sign language and my arthritis would prevent me from successfully ministering to the deaf. God, who formed my hands, supernaturally gave me the understanding of sign language, gave me free mob
